the internet access very very pour... only access to the reception. and thing this is aspect to fixed. and the breakfast is the other aspect to fixed no options only coffee and cereal no more. we recommended if the aspects fixed.

I liked that it was of 95 and had a view of The highway which was nice. The price I paid for it was ok . Had a small balcony which is rare But was great for fresh air and seeing The area , staff didnt harass You or seem corrupted I liked The hotel

There is no fridge or microwave in The room which was inconvenient since they only vibe You cereal for breakfast and u cant store food. Staff was a bit rude ..But didnt bother me since only one person works The desk , only stay if u plan to leave The room cause bring stuck in The room You would jump off The balcony.

The confront of the bed is excellent my bed was fix up ,the price of the room was good

Check in was slow, I had a problem with my door, room was hot took some hours to get cold

No phone in my room (room 209) and when installed, it never worked for1 sec till I checked out....you cant even call the front desk and you have to come down if you need any service. The so-called breakfast in the package is a disaster. I think its a deceit to say the least that the package includes breakfast (this needs to be re-stated in your site to state allyou get is a loaf of bread and watery milk). I think the hotel is grossly overpriced when compared with the level of services delivered.

Located on the junction of several highways.

I got a dreat deal otherwise i wouldn't stay there, the neighborhood doesn't have anything.

We got a great deal. That was the cheapest one in the area. The best part is that you are a 1 min from the I-95/441/Turnpike/836. YEAH !!! So, by car you got the fastest route.

It's a bit old and need some maintenance but NO MOLD or SMELLS. Don't expect much of the breakfast but if you got a good deal and you are on a budget, you can go and spend more on other things.

Broken curtains, no security box, no wifi, no guest people hanging around in the lobby at night, breakfast is a joke, ...... 40 bucks hotel and I paid 95. What else do you need?

I have stayed in many room in Miami area..This by far is the cleanest room yet...Very comfortable beds with clean carpets and bathrooms...Would definetly stay her again...

When driving up..Kinda makes you think your in a bad side of town..Although,, it is right on the interstate..

Efficiency of the Staff

All rooms were carpeted no place for persons with allergies

It had an elevator, our room was on the 6th floor so the view of the roads was good

Staff- rude, unhelpful & very slow....it took them over 30 minutes to check me in while my baby was screaming as he was hungry. Internet--- haha what a joke, asked front desk, its broken wont be fixed for a few days. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. For the same amount of money I would prefer to stay somewhere else.

Cleanliness

Staff Clogging of tub and toilets. One elevator at a time was working. Computer malfunction while checking out.

No towels or wash cloth there was know iron in the room or telephone. I had to ask for phone and iron. My friend had to bath with a towel. The house keeping staff is lazy.

Wifi out of order the whole night! The staff didn't care!

Room tv is about 20 years old. No ice maker on floor. One bed was not made. The rugs need to be shampoo or replace. Air condition blow at your face or back, there is no adjustment to direct the vent in another direction. Being charged for a daily safe when you did not use it. It's another way to get your money.

The price wasn't bad but since I am from Canada our debit cards don't have our names in them that is a problem

No internet in the rooms and half the time it didn't work in the lobby . My bathroom floor was never cleaned had sticky stuff on the floor all week. Started with 7 towels in my room at the beginning of the week & 2 by the end of the week.

It was located right by 95 and a Krispy Kreme.

There was no iron in the room .. I Couldn't reach the front desk from the room phone during my entire stay. There were not enough wash cloths in the bathroom.

Once I arrive the staff was friendly, helpful and willing to work with you on any request. It was decent for the budget I had in mind. The cleaning staff is very friendly and accomodating to any request. It is a budget friendly hotel, do not expect five star accomadation but it is not a roach hotel either. It iis pretty clean, the lobby and hall ways are nice and the rooms comfortable.

1. I was not able to connect to wifi 2. The hallways carpet need to replace have some stains-but it is kept clean and not smelly. 3. Bathroom tub need some TLC. It is kept clean but some permanent stains make it look duty. 4. No phones in the room 5. Place to eat close faily early 6. No ice machine any where I searched 7. Better cable system-this sucked!!!

The staff wasn't really that helpful.They refused to honor my reservation, cos I wanted to pay cash on arrival, and ended charging me a higher different rate from what I booked at booking.com. That wasn't nice at all.

I like onlly the way that the room was cleaning

My husband called me many times , the reception is never transferred the call.

The low cost, which included breakfast. Front lobby area is attractive. Continental breakfast was fine.

Fl airport taxi driver had no idea where the street was, nor the hotel. Male front desk clerk warned us repeatedly not to venture too far outside alone (2 women) due to bad neighbourhood. No shuttle service.

With a name like Holiday golden glades boutique I was expecting more. There was no point in charging for a security box that wasnt used, the only microwave for the entire hotel seemed to be on the first floor near the reception. The hallway carpets were not thoroughly cleaned and there were no irons in our room althought we found one in the hallway. The name should be changed to or back too Holiday Inn or Motel. Overall for the price it sufficed our one night stay.
