J'ai aimé son emplacement,par rapport au bord de mer, son patio au calme.

Les horaires fantaisistes de présence à la réception, donnant l'impression d'être à l'abandon dans ce motel!

Noise from the road at night cars go by the way when booking is blocked on the map overnight price, and for two.

Location, price, cleaness, confort, I had a studio and it was excelent, I will definetely use the hotels again.

Check out time I found it to be too early 11:00 it should be at least one hour later to give people time to enjoy a bit of morning at the beach and have breakfast before checking out. Otherwise everything was great.

difficult to find. there are very few street numbers on buildings. Office was not staffed, seems they were on vacation when I arrived. uncomfortable work area (i didn't come for the beach, but to go to races. no work area and bad chairs)

The location was great.

The motel is dated. The air conditioner sounded like a mack truck was getting ready to crash through the wall. We saw a giant cock roach one night and parking was a nightmare.

The location can't be beat. You are only a few yards from the strand, which has a bike path and shops.

It could use and update and some newer amenities.

Price and location. If you are seeking a clean, low priced hotel convenient to the beach activities and restaurants, this is the place to go.

Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk was awesome!! Liked the quaintness of it; reminded me of old Florida back in the 50s/60s. Very clean, which was a MUST for me. Office was inviting and warm as was the lady there. Very nice stay, would definitely come back.

Thought $100. a night was a little high for the room but guess you're paying for location. TVs could be updated. :) We stayed in the back which was nice, but definitely would have not liked staying out front on the main drag. Not a bad place!

Cost. Cheaper than payin rent on a apt with similar dimensions.

It's steps away form the beach/ocean

Their was nobody in the office the whole weekend. I had 3 woman in my room and we only had 2 towels all week end long. No iron I felt like a slob when I went out. Had to pay a dry cleaner to steam cloths, and lots of tiny ants......

there was no service,sheets were never replaced,floors were dirty,room was never cleaned from day one till we left four days later.

The manager was very helpful in letting us print our boarding passes for an early flight the next morning. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

The picture of the motel on booking.com was a little misleading. It was not as nice as the picture reveals it to be. Very limited parking. We just stayed the night so that we could be close to the airport so for the purpose that we had, it was fine.

Friendly, clean and excellent value just off the FLL airport. And nice restaurants within walking distance (The armenian restaurant down the waterfront is recommended).

Somewhat inadequate A/C units, but HBO took our minds off that.

I couldn't believe it.. $40 for Thursday night and a half block from the beach. Very clean and the office lady was very nice and accommodation. She even borrowed me her phone charger over night. The room was clean and even though there was not a desk, it was a huge bang for the Buck. I will for sure stay here again best time I am in Hollywood, not a doubt. Even for around $120 it's right on the beach in a great location, and clean.

I love the location that is so close to the beach. I love the courtyard rooms......nice and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I wish the maids would clean the rooms every day and change the sheets and empty the trashcans. We get so much sand from the beach in the rooms. Also, we didn't get toilet paper every day and there were 4 of us.....so we had to purchase toilet paper. We also could have used more washcloths. These were our only complaints.....other than that, we love the Silver Spray

No one there when we arrived. No pillow for the fold out bed. No one to ask for one.

Position was a really good near beach,shops and restaurant and also the airport was near about 20dollars tax cab ride

It's really old, the bathroom is terrible and there is no help if you need something cause from 15 is probably that you don't find people there.

Het hotel is oud. Kapot sanitair. Receptie slecht bereikbaar.
