Very quiet, next to the beach, free off-street parking, very clean. The unit had a full kitchen with everything needed to cook as often as you wanted. Steve, the manager, had great knowledge of local restaurants and attractions and was great to deal with. He had a year-end party for his friends and all of the guests at the Desoto that was very nice. The property was in a great location and it was easy and quick to get to almost anything you might want to see, yet very private and quiet. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and bicycles at no additional charges. There were no hidden fees or surprise costs. We will definitely return to this property in our future trips to this part of Florida. My wife and I loved everything.

Steve the owner, he was so helpful went out of his way to help us. He was great and the unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We had booked the room and had no car. He perceived we were not in a close proximity to be able to easily dine out or shop, He suggested that we move to another hotel closer to the shops and dining. He took us there and made the reservations at a much lower price than we could have. He went out of his way to satisfy two older ladies who booked on line, not knowing anything about the location. Even the location is great if you have a car.
