The 2nd stay in this apartment wasn't as good as the first, but not really leasers fault. The previous tenants lost the parking garage remote, took the batteries for the air con and the digital tv!? The issues were fixed super quick after I told them about it. Would definitely go back!
They had green tea with the coffee this time!! Great bed-because I like smaller pillows, great location, staff are friendly too!
Shower didn't have much water pressure and the shower head was way to low for my husband.
We loved this place!! Great size for the 2 of us. Good to have our own kitchen to cook in- although no utensils like spatulas or tongs etc. great lil balcony, close to Hollywood blvd, close to the metro. Quiet building.
Procedure for collection of keys from genosi office and then go to flat with luggage
Tastefully designed and decorated flat
unclean and dusty
parking, noise, uncomfortable couch, weak shower head
kitchen and the view
Good location and comfortable
That I had to return the key to a place a little bit far from the apartment
Price Room- Functional, clean, quiet Staff- Friendly and responsable Location WiFi
I don't recommend it. The location is so dangerous, drunk people everywhere. There is security access to the apartment but not enough to feel safe. I took the apartment manly for washing machine and it wasn't in the apartment. And when we tried to use the one in fitness area we found that most of them not working.
Room was not ready at check in time as promised. Had to wait nearly an hour to check in after a long drive. After paying extra for parking, found the assigned parking space to be occupied by general contractors working in another unit. A bit of drama as they seemed irate about having to give up their parking space which we had paid to use for the duration of our stay. Filed a complaint to the management only to be told that they would get back to us in 24-48 hours. We never heard back from them. Do not recommend walking around this neighborhood late at night unless you are with a big group. Daytime is fine.
The apartment was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Good view. A short walk to restaurants, bars, and commercial retail stores.
It is not a hotel. There is no one sitting on the front desk, and everything you need you should call the representative. We reserved apartment for 4 people but had only one blanket in the apartment, and those who slept in the living room had nothing to be covered with during the night. The sofas was not clean and pretty dusty. But this was just the beginning. The parking is not free. You have to pay $25 per night. I paid $50 for two nights just to save the time of looking for the parking spot. When I arrived, the staff told me that my parking information changed. To receive a new parking permit and instructions for parking, I should drive to their offices. When I arrived to the office and dialed, the office representative told me to wait outside and he will come to see me in a few minutes. I was waiting for 15 minutes outside but no one came to me. Thanks god, someone opened me the door, and I came to the hall and went upstairs to the office. The next surprise was that my new parking lot is not in the building as it was originally, but 15-20 minutes walking distance. Being extremely upset from this experience, I wrote to the representative about all my experience and also that I refuse to accept this parking offer, and asked him to take the responsibility refund me for my parking expenses. The guy told me that he apologize and I will be refunded for the parking at the next day. Almost one month I was repeatedly reminding him about my refund. Finally, they did it. It took only one month. If you are looking for the adventures, you will find a lot of surprises. Otherwise stay aside from them, especially if you have not so much time to be in the city.
Parking situation is bad like the rest of LA, ok if you are only going to be around in the evening, but bad if you need to be in and out a few times a day. The apartment is very basic, I understand the loss prevention aspect, but they would be well served to have at least an extra blanket in the place. The bathtub did not drain very well, so it filled up with water while taking a shower. A maintenance man came to fix it when we arrived, but apparently he couldn't.
Location, location, location. Walking distance to the walk of fame and the Chinese Theater. Very close to the 101, so good access to many of the LA hotspots. The location is great, there is a parking garage about 3 blocks away on Cherokee that is $12 per night (2014), and an outside lot at the end of Franklin that had a sign up for $5.
Paying parking 25 a night. Too bright in the morning. Asked for non smoking room and got a smoking room.
Close to hollywood boulevard. Food nerby.
It was a problem to get in the apartment, because they send me incorrect code in my e-mail instruction. It wasn't very nice. So double-check everything you need to get in!
Great location (close to all Hollywood places to see, but very quiet at the same time). The apt was very clean and comfortable with nice city view.
Appliances did not work. Cutlery and dishes were filthy. Bed sheet had stains on them. Overall this is a bellow standard apartment and would not recommend to anyone. Too dirty and not maintained for the price you pay.
