Great value for the price, good breakfast. Room was recently renewed. Clean towels and linens. Fully satisfied.

clean & safe little hotel. supermarket & eateries at close walking distance. walkind distance to amoeba music store on sunset blvd, which was the biggest cd/dvd shop with the best range that i have ever seen, make sure to pay it a visit with a full wallet. onsite free parking. short drive to the windy & beautifull hollywood hills & the posh beverly hills.

20min walk to where the action starts on hollywood blvd.

Lage

Staff dosen't seem very interested in the guests behaviour. Room very noisy. No housekeeping one day. Room renovated but the floor was very dirty, towels and bedclothes as well!

Tired furnishings. A long walk to Chinese Theatre, catch a local bus.

Good location, 15-20 minutes walk to the Walk of Fame. Free parking, Wi-Fi and clean room. Nice swimming pool.

Staff was not very attentive. Breakfast could be better, but generally was fine (coffee, cornflakes with milk, bagels, fruit).

Great location across from Metro station and buses down to Sunset Strip. Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely little swimming pool, a quiet little sanctuary from city sight seeing.

Self service breakfast from reception to take to room. We asked for an extra pillow and were told they didn't have any spare ones!

Amenities were great. Spacious and elegant room. Breakfast and pool made our stay really enjoyable.

Workers were renovating the part of the hotel we were staying in. Some workers got in our room but we didn't get any notice of the hotel staff. The hotel staff was not really amenable and didn't seem to care about their customers

There was work going on in the hotel which was a little loud but there was no mess and it wasn't bothering us as we were out during the day

Great location,across the road from the metro. Very basic but clean and good value for money.

Excelent location. Bathrooms seem to be recently refurbished, with new painting. Very confortable beds. Good price considering other options nearby.

small parking lot and more far from the rooms than what would be expected for a motel style lodge, where cars usually stay in front of the rooms. cleaning could be better and i think no one cleans under the beds! the shower was not very good as well, with scattered holes, what seemed even worse because of the low pressure of the water. So, taking a bath at the end of a exhausting tourist day was not very relaxing as I would like it to be.

When dropped something and looked for it under the bed it was dirty and a pacifier found which probsblt belonged to previous guests

Staff not overly friendly or helpful but you get what you pay for.

A friend highly recommended this hotel. I was surprised reading very good and bad reviews about them. Well, after staying for 5 nights, I think I know why. They have different managers on different days, 2 out of the 5 managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful and patient, the other 3 were inpatient & rude. I dropped my ring into the drainage, the manager didn't care and kept replying that nothing could be done; finally I got to talk to the owner, a nice lady, she helped get the plumber. And thanks for her help, I got my ring. .. overall is very clean compare to the cost. I would recommend this hotel to others! Need patience to get help. ..

perfect location if you plan to visit hollywood area, the walk of fame, universal studio, griffith park are all easy to reach. just across the street there is the subway station which makes your trip around much easier. it's nice they also provide breakfast.

Personal is very commitment with the host people and they offer the best quality they can. The room was big and clean.

Maybe, It is a little bit old the building.

The hotel was clean and the room was cozy. The continental breakfast was also good, and there was free parking.

At the check-in, the guy did not have much patience.

I liked the location

I didn't like the employee's poor professionalism, the fact that ppl were complaining in office as I was getting my keys and then I go to my room with the same complaints about the refrigerator and tv. I reserved a room with king sized bed and got two full size beds so me and my husband had to sleep separately, they didn't inform me of that at check in. Beds were really short, I'm 5'10 and my feet were hanging off bed. Lack of parking was also a downer.

I actually did not like I loved the hotel, from the the room to the friendly m& helpful, friendly service that I was wellcomed to la, the entire team there were a credit to the hotel managment, and thank you to facilitate for me to reserve with such a great compony, trust me I will be passing on yours as well as the hotel's names to all my friends & relatives. Location: used the rail every day and very affordable

I always have trouble with the TV, my problem not yours
