Hollywood Inn Express North    

Thw hotel was clean and decent location for walking to the strip.

The parking lot is very smalland we endedip having to park on sidewalk the 2nd night there.

close to the freeway, free parking, satalite tv.

"free" internet kept cutting out. "free contenental breakfast was 1 waflle machine, juce dispensor, and coffee pot in tiny check in lobby. pool was locked. tv was old style analog. taxes added about 20% to origonal room quote.

Rude lady front desk, except Bree who was very accommodating but unfortunately she was out most of the days of our stay. TV not functioning always, pool cannot be used as they dont allow it to be used.

Overall ok.

The breakfast is simple, suggest to add some Variety & may be can have a small cafe. Also may add coffee maker in the room.

- Smell in room (it was due to new carpet though). - Cable TV did not work, and on complaint, it was not taken care of. - Worst part, in the name of breakfast, there was only and only waffle.

Horrible area, pool wasn't working, room wasn't clean, no parking space I had to park half of block away not a secure area will never stay in that hotel ever again

It was very roomy.

The bed was really squeaky with just the smallest of movements.

It was clean but did not like that they were cleaning while we were walking around the hotel. Pressure washing the outside of hotel

Did not like the blankets very thin and also went to take shower and NO HOT WATER!

Renovations on the go...again...!walls new paint...clean,bathroom clean,good continental breakfast with waffles ..do it yourself in front of the office.

...Going to carpets...filthy with a lot of dirty stuff and debris underneath. The beds either..told management :<sorry ...remodeling>...means ....come back when we'll finish....? ...Concerning the room with 3 adults.....1 King bed!!!!! Hopefully they had on bedroom with 2 beds!!! With supplement....also..the ice machine...disconnected because of work in the alley....

Owners took pride in there property. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean. Good location. Good price.

Coffee not available all morning.

It was so nasty in there to tell you all ee wore our sandels around even as we got out of the shower. They need a lot of remodeling. By the looks of the cars we all got tricked into it. Never again!!!

-Right next to Jumbo's Clown Room -staying late around the swimming pool without getting into any troubles from the direction. -Good position between vermont and western, 101 freeway is 3 minutes away

-Employees working hard fixing the pool making a lot of noise at 9am on Sunday (especially when you got back home at 7am drunk) -wifi as a really poor signal, very slow internet. -The pool was close during our stay, regardless on the website it says, all season swimming pool

Basic, but clean and comfortable and good value for money. Good location for visiting hollywood and beverly hills (or eating Thai....)

Fantastic location, friendly staff, great price

The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs digging into your back! There was construction on the hotel which began at 7 or 8am without any notice to the patrons and it was very loud. The continental breakfast was simply waffles - no other options

It locates in Thai town. There are several good thai food place near it.

The stuff are friendly to support staying.

A hair dryer was broken. There was a bottle of coke in a refuge. That's really surprised us.

Very noisy, even at night. Bed is also noisy as well as the room above us. Certainly not for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast is rubbish just pancake and that is it

Cheap price, convenient location as you can walk about 10 min to Hollywood Western metro station. A big super market and lots of restaurants (especially Thai ) nearby.

The decoration of the room is really poor, and not very clean. There seems to be some strange smell on the bed sheet. Very noisy at night as the hotel is just located at the hollywood blvd.

Nothing at all

Value for money. Location - loads of shops, restaurants and take aways nearby. Being able to make a few local phone calls and not being charged. The Prime Time shuttle service from LAX airport. Cheap and reliable.

5% charge for paying by credit card. I tried to contact in advance of my stay but the e mail addresses I was given didn't work.
