Need better pillows
Cleanliness and breakfast.
Location is good, bedrooms are big. Staff was generally helpful.
Didn't feel very safe. There was a bullet hole in our room's window with what looked like blood spills all over the ceiling...
Location and price. Comfort was OK. Breakfast was good too though the breakfast room is tiny.
Drug smelling in the room, very rude worker, uncomfortable bed,
Location. Cheap price.
The surroundings were poor and dirty.
Beds were clean. Easy access from car.
Very tight parking. Broken bed.
Badly needs new carpet and furniture
Good location and price
Noise, lousy upkeep of rooms. Mouldy air. Stuffy room. Workmen off the balcony working through the day. Could not keep curtains open. Staff was a bit uncooperative.....as if they were doing us a favour by giving a room to stay.!
We had to park on an incline hill with a car in front of us and one behind us. We were not able to move our car right away in the morning when we needed to. This place needs better parking available.
The room and comfort level.
It was awful hotel was under construction because you can see the building was falling apart. The staff didn't pay attention to the request of needing a downstairs unit for health reasons. I explained I could not climb stairs because health reasons but my room hadn't stairs in the room to exit or use the restroom. The parking was horrible
1- the two receptionist guys were so taugh with guests. 2- evreyday they change the wifi password
Sometimes too crowded breakfast-place,no warm water in the morning couple of times
Nice bed,very clean,big room,free parking
Some attention to customer service would have been nice. Couldn't get a smile or conversation from the desk clerk at all! Charged 25 cents for ice! Breakfast was only available 7 - 9AM.
Room was nicer than expected. Had magnifying mirror & fridge. Free parking and breakfast.
the place was clean and the room is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
This hotel was the absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. Most of the building was under construction, the window of my room was covered with plastic tarp. The bed had a yellow stain on half of it, all three pillows were covered in stains of varying colors, and when I puled the curtain closed it also had a stain on it. I was so thoroughly disgusted, I happily drove a half hour one way to walmart to buy a sleeping bag, because I refused to let my body touch the filthiness.
I had an absolutely terrible experience here. There is nothing nice to say.
The breakfast wasn't that good. The waffle batter wasn't made right..
Rooms were clean and it's close to everything.
Very rude hotel staff. Very bad wifi quality. Almost nothing to eat at breakfast. So noisy, at 11.30 pm a man was trying his car in front of our window with too much noise. I do not recommend this hotel
Cleaning is at average. Design of the room is nice.
There was nothing about this hotel that was good. Sadly, it was the ONLY hotel with a vacancy for miles around. Horrible area of town. Scary, actually. I was there for a trade show and had forgotten to book a room until the last minute. This was all that was left. Barbed wire around patio among other things. Totally unacceptable. Especially for over $150.00 per night. There are too many bad things to say, but take my word for it and just DO NOT stay here.
It's reasonable and they are renovating.
The water was not hot and I reported this to the front desk. He came to see for himself but I am not aware that any thing was done about it. It never did get hot. I wish that someone could have at least offered a slight discount if nothing more for the inconvenience.
The room was comfortable and attractive.
1. Wifi connection in the room is very poor, barely enough for checking email, and the browsing is close to impossible. 2. They ask you to pay the full amount of your stay upfront, with no refunds. Also, the creepy paper I had to sign - that they are not responsible for any damage to the guests' belongings AND the guests themselves! Honestly, I've never seen anything like this and I travel a lot! I was very wary the first night, I felt like I'd found myself in a slum after paying for 7 nights with no refund! But after a couple of days, the area didn't seem that bad at all. 3. I hated the huge and tasteless portrait of Elizabeth Tailor painted all over my wall. I asked to change the room, there was no more vacancy for the night. The next morning I peeked into other rooms and saw the other "artworks" - they were even worse... So I stayed and after a while stopped paying attention to it. But I think it's a horrible way of decorating the rooms of a motel, even if it's in order to justify the name. Maybe there are people who appreciate it but definitely not everyone!
I stayed there for a week, I came for a convention and didn't want to pay big bucks for the hotels and parking in downtown. It's close to everything and the location is convenient. But if you are looking for decent restaurants or a supermarket - you have to drive at least a mile to the nearest one, there is no food in close proximity, only a McDonald's and convenience stores at gas stations. The room was large and comfortable. I appreciated the fridge in my room, the large table and plenty of sockets (very convenient and quite rare for the hotels!) My room was on the first floor and I parked next to my door. Housekeeping works very well, the room was clean, plenty of fresh towels and toiletries every day. Most of the stuff is friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for money.
The wifi passwords expire and my first one didn't even work which ment going back to the office and getting a new one the next day. Also the toilet was not good and lacked a toilet brush and plunger. Also they don't offer a baggage storage service which was inconvenient for us on our last day.
Good location not much noise coming from the street which ment and enjoyable nights sleep.
I didn't like that they had us right by the stairs so all you could hear was people running up and down all night.
It waas close to where I needed to be I like that a lot.
