Other than the 2 basic facilities lacking and which I really could have used,I found this Motel a good place to stay and would recommend it.
No IRON. No Microwave. 2 pm is a late check-in for weary overseas travellers.
Could hear the people on the room above us walking and jumping the whole night. We called the front desk hoping they would solve the problem, but I think they didn't do anything. Couldn't sleep well with all the noise going on until 5am
Breakfast was very bad.
there is no address pointer. you can stay near it and will not find it.
the room was really cute and actually clean
parking was a huge problem; there was almost never a parking available! I had to park on the street once and get up at 6:30 a.m. in the morning and moved my car, so that I don't get a ticket!! And my main reason to book this Motel was because it offered parking!
The one truth that was told about this place is how far it is from The Staples Center and the Hollywood walk of Fame....
The pics on the website look nothing like the room in person..burn marks in the carpet..parking was terrible..and the hotel is in the middle of the 'hood! They charge a fee to use your credit card..I will NEVER stay here again..beds felt like we were sleeping on the floor...I could go on but by now you get the point
Breakfast not a good start. Very humid, carpet old and dont look very clean. Its a one night get out and forget you where there. Manager or people in reception dont care much if your a new customer or a customer at all.
Really spacious and clean room. Helpful personal. Good for transit, but not for staying in LA
Poor breakfast and streets around.
Price and Internet
It wasn't so clean, the room smelled like humid and the beds weren't so comfortable.
can't really remember :)
The morning staff will take care of us more than evening staff .I like the way working hard at all .
The wash room in hotel room don't have any hook for handing our clothes should more ....
The communication was good even after being a last min check in
The bed was kinda hard
After reading the negatives, was very surprised. The older woman who checked us in was nice and was laughing along with us over are story. They were out o a king bed so they gave us the family suite of 3 queen beds. My daughter and I had our choice. Middle bed was just firm for me. It was quiet. The neighborhood, I you went a mile away, ok I can see, but you are almost downtown la. When I booked, I saw the 5% surcharge. We paid in cash when we got there and was not charged anything else. They even have an atm in the lobby. I would stay there again I we were in that area.
Parking is tight. You have to come up a steep hill. Breakfast could have a little more variety, than make your own waffles, and cereal. Pillows are way too soft or me( I bring my own)
No racks to hang anything--not even the towels!
We were in room 233 which was a good location since you get a good view of downtown. But their toilet bowl was clogged. We just arrived at the hotel and we had to call for housekeeping. It didn't fix the problem so me and my friends had to deal with a clogged toilet bowl the whole night. The next morning I asked for a plunger, that was around 7ish, I wS told by front desk to walk out of my room and get the plunger from the lobby. I hesitantly said I was not decently dressed and adamantly complained this had been too much of an inconvenience. So he said he will personally deliver the plunger to my room. So each time we used the toilet, we had to painfully use the plunger. So next time you folks check in to this hotel, make sure you bring your own plunger. It was room 233
I did not like everything except location.
The swimming pool didn´t look invitating. Breakfast was horrible.
The room size was ample.
First off: there was absolutely no parking - I was instructed to park in the handicapped space by the front desk attendant. The room was filthy. Multiple stains on the carpet, drapes, lamp shades, shower curtain. The roll of toilet paper wasn't even replaced when we first checked in. It wasn't easy to relax when we weren't positive the sheets had even been washed. Everything smelled old and musty. Bad time!
Swimming pool Fact there are smoking rooms
Damaged curtains Carpets need cleaning No towel rails
Location and cleanliness. Hotel is in desperate need of deep cleaning and new furniture, curtains, sheets, etc.
The amount of space and room. Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was very average, and it was a bit noisy. This was because of the area it is located in.
cheap, if you only stay one day in LA and need a bed at night. free parking
air-con too loud too noisy, hardly sleep at night if turn it on, too hot to sleep if turn it off. carpet are dirty and everything in room are old. feel like crime scene in CSI
All parking spaces filled by 7pm only street parking left
good comfortable bed and the staff was very nice, and for the buck you got your money's worth and it is in a good location
The continental breakfast needs more options and there is room to do so, add fruit or bagels or instant oatmeal, more choices or change the choices from time to time, otherwise it was good.
Clean and bad also, service sttaf and Wi-Fi
