the place was clean and the room is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
I had an absolutely terrible experience here. There is nothing nice to say.
This hotel was the absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. Most of the building was under construction, the window of my room was covered with plastic tarp. The bed had a yellow stain on half of it, all three pillows were covered in stains of varying colors, and when I puled the curtain closed it also had a stain on it. I was so thoroughly disgusted, I happily drove a half hour one way to walmart to buy a sleeping bag, because I refused to let my body touch the filthiness.
Rooms were clean and it's close to everything.
The breakfast wasn't that good. The waffle batter wasn't made right..
Cleaning is at average. Design of the room is nice.
Very rude hotel staff. Very bad wifi quality. Almost nothing to eat at breakfast. So noisy, at 11.30 pm a man was trying his car in front of our window with too much noise. I do not recommend this hotel
There was nothing about this hotel that was good. Sadly, it was the ONLY hotel with a vacancy for miles around. Horrible area of town. Scary, actually. I was there for a trade show and had forgotten to book a room until the last minute. This was all that was left. Barbed wire around patio among other things. Totally unacceptable. Especially for over $150.00 per night. There are too many bad things to say, but take my word for it and just DO NOT stay here.
It's reasonable and they are renovating.
The room was comfortable and attractive.
The water was not hot and I reported this to the front desk. He came to see for himself but I am not aware that any thing was done about it. It never did get hot. I wish that someone could have at least offered a slight discount if nothing more for the inconvenience.
I stayed there for a week, I came for a convention and didn't want to pay big bucks for the hotels and parking in downtown. It's close to everything and the location is convenient. But if you are looking for decent restaurants or a supermarket - you have to drive at least a mile to the nearest one, there is no food in close proximity, only a McDonald's and convenience stores at gas stations. The room was large and comfortable. I appreciated the fridge in my room, the large table and plenty of sockets (very convenient and quite rare for the hotels!) My room was on the first floor and I parked next to my door. Housekeeping works very well, the room was clean, plenty of fresh towels and toiletries every day. Most of the stuff is friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for money.
1. Wifi connection in the room is very poor, barely enough for checking email, and the browsing is close to impossible. 2. They ask you to pay the full amount of your stay upfront, with no refunds. Also, the creepy paper I had to sign - that they are not responsible for any damage to the guests' belongings AND the guests themselves! Honestly, I've never seen anything like this and I travel a lot! I was very wary the first night, I felt like I'd found myself in a slum after paying for 7 nights with no refund! But after a couple of days, the area didn't seem that bad at all. 3. I hated the huge and tasteless portrait of Elizabeth Tailor painted all over my wall. I asked to change the room, there was no more vacancy for the night. The next morning I peeked into other rooms and saw the other "artworks" - they were even worse... So I stayed and after a while stopped paying attention to it. But I think it's a horrible way of decorating the rooms of a motel, even if it's in order to justify the name. Maybe there are people who appreciate it but definitely not everyone!
Good location not much noise coming from the street which ment and enjoyable nights sleep.
The wifi passwords expire and my first one didn't even work which ment going back to the office and getting a new one the next day. Also the toilet was not good and lacked a toilet brush and plunger. Also they don't offer a baggage storage service which was inconvenient for us on our last day.
It waas close to where I needed to be I like that a lot.
I didn't like that they had us right by the stairs so all you could hear was people running up and down all night.
Close to the location of the concert we were attending in LA.
The hotel is being renovated, a work in progress. Looks like it could be quite nice once they are done.
Location was close to little tokyo and korea town, so pretty good location.
Wifi didnt work, the front desk was kind of rude and not friendly. Also the quality of room was poor
We stayed for 3 nights. Check in and check out were fast. Our room was spacious and had a mini fridge in the room. There was onsite coin-operated laundry (washer $3 and dryer for $1). It was conveniently located close to transit. There was a free breakfast which consisted of waffles(make them yourself) watered down juice, coffee, hot water ( no tea), 3 different kinds of cereal and milk.
We paid $268.00 cash for 3 nights. I think it was a bit pricey for a hotel like this. There was no closet, hangars or dresser for our clothes so we lived out of our suitcases. There were no towel bars or racks for the towels. Lighting in the room was poor. There was a tiny onsite microwave available to all guests in a separate location (outside closet). The ice was available for 25 cents. Although breakfast was complimentary, it wasn't good. They didn't even have tea! The pool was small and didnt look clean. The location didnt look safe and was a bit sketchy. The back of the building was surrounded by barbed wire fencing. Not the best view looking out the window. The first night our TV didnt work but maintenance staff fixed the problem. Not much water pressure in the shower and sink faucet was installed too far from the sink so water went all over the counter. The room wasn't cleaned well. There were still remnants on the carpet from a past guest. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff had very little English skills making communication almost impossible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Employees are nice !
Breakfast is not well, only waffle & milk could eat, so don't have too much expect.
Good parking, safe, clean and it's in a good position
Breakfast is the worest thing and the stuff is not good
On Dec 31 one staff member made a supreme and successful effort to restore faulty television reception for an important college football bowl game...and offer other support as well...he was friendly, understanding and quick to act even though he was alone at the front desk.
On the morning of Jan 2 another staff member with a very grim and surly manner failed to provide the most basic of customer services--the printing of boarding passes for a southwest airline flt. When i asked to email these 3 boarding passes I was told to use the computer provided at reception...well that computer was not in reception, it was outside where it was freezing...and then it required me to swipe a credit card (now packed in the car) to even begin using it..what should have been a basic courtesy was thrust back on me at the last minute instead of being done in a timely manner by the office when requested. As a result of the extreme crowding for check in at Southwest--check in which we would have avoided if the passes had been printed --we had to stand in long lines and barely made our flight. Had this staff member performed the most basic of hospitality services, all this anxiety and possible expense would have been avoided. His supervisors should be ashamed of him.
Nothing about this motel is positive
Bedsheets were dirty. No toilet paper. Shower broken. Very noisy from the streets. Heating not working. Not worth the visit.
Location is great (i was traveling without the car), breakfast is rather good, wi-fi very good. In geneal room is clean. But airconditioner is very-very dirty and very loud. Room is spacious.
Staff is not very friendly and polite. The district by itself is not too safe. Holet does not have safe (even for additional charge)
Nothing. It is a poor reflection on the hotels you suggest to your clients.
We got ripped off. Paid $150.00 for a night. Staff were rude. Didn't care and whole stay was a horrible Xperience. Motel looks good in photo but photo is misleading. It is nothing like what is shown on the net.
Breakfast offered always the same. No variation.
Good spacious rooms. Cleanliness in the hotel.
Include more variety in Breakfast. And a bigger dinning area
The beds were very uncomfortable, creaking sound in beds. The area is really shady and lots of homeless people in the area. Cleanliness is very poor, spots on sheets and all. I would not recomend this place to anyone.
Loction and price.
This Hotel was very Clean and the staff was friendly.
Other than the 2 basic facilities lacking and which I really could have used,I found this Motel a good place to stay and would recommend it.
No IRON. No Microwave. 2 pm is a late check-in for weary overseas travellers.
