Hollywood Silver Lake Hotel

Location of the hotel is good. Staff is willing to help. Plenty of parking space. Near Subway station (5 minute walk)

Breakfast could be better. Selection is poor. Most likely also to the size of the hotel.

THe room was very clean and had been recently remodeled. The free breakfast was really good. Bacon and eggs.

Your website stated they had a jacuzzi but there wasn't one. Only a pool. There are jacuzzi rooms available but not one in the pool area.

Although the exterior of the hotel looks rather old, the room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Conveniently located in the middle of LA, short driving distances to most attractions.

They could renovate the exteriors.

With the condition that you have a car available, the hotel is in an ideal location to visit Universal Studios, Hollywood etc. The hotel is rather old but well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood is not the best one, though not necessarily unsecure. If you have a car this doesn't become a major issue.

Hollywood Silver Lake Hotel was clean and comfortabel and easy on your pocket book. A great value and I would stay there again

The suite was perfect for our business use. We had several meetings at the Hotel. WiFi worked well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was better than most. The location of the hotel is convenient to both Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles. Free parking was much appreciated.

We stayed in a suite that only had AC in the main room. In mid-july the outside temperature reached triple digits. An additional AC unit in the bedroom area would have been nice.

Close to train station which helped trying to get around.

The hotel was conveniently located just off 101, yet also easily accessable to the backroads to Hollywood and Downtown LA, so you could avoid the traffic. The hotel had all the amentities including fridge (with seperate freezer) microwave, pool, cable, FREE internet, parking, and breakfast daily. The breakfast included cereal, eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins and pastries, fruit, juice, coffee,...

Since the hotel is right next to the freeway, you can hear the noise from outside. However a little white noise like the bathroom fan, or the ac masks any outside noise. There are also rooms that face the mountain, which I assume would be quieter. There is not much to walk to nearby, but there is plently within a mile or two, and with free parking it is no big deal.

Séjour parfait. Chambre propre, réception parfaite. En plus petit déjeuner parfait, même si le choix n'est pas énorme. Bref, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Zimmer zum Hang und somit angenehm ruhig für die Lage.

Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und nicht im Schlafzimmer (da laut). Wireless hat immer funktioniert. Sauberkeit war OK. Trotz Autobahn vor der Türe war es relativ noch ruhig (oder wir haben es wegen der lauten Klimaanlage nicht mehr hören können).

Türschliessungs-Mechanismus war unsympathisch. Zimmertüren waren im nach Aussen im Freien (Sicherheit?). Frühstück spärlich (Auswahl, Papp-Becher und -Teller, Besteck aus Plastik). Highway gleich nebenan (trotzdem noch relativ ruhig).
