Very friendly and helpful staff especially on the front desk. Rooms excellent. Ideally placed for access to the attractions of Hollywood. |

They placed us in a room in the corner. The cost for the room did not include the hot tub as implied. The customer check in was very rude. |

It was close to my place of work. The pillows smelt like cigarettes, tv needs to be updated, better quality of shampoo/ conditioner would have been better. |

Plenty of room, nice bed, quiet, good bathroom and shower, easy to find. Located right next to the freeway. Parking was a not a problem but did not feel secure about leaving my car (a convertible) in the lower lot, although I did not have any problems. |

The Hospitality of the staff (From Management down to the cleaners) was what we liked most about tour stay. Will definately go back when in LA next. Only the fact that we didn't have a jug in our room. We kept pestering the front desk staff everytime we needed hot water. |

I thought this was a very nice hotel for the price. Every one was pleasant and helpful. I will stay with them again when I am in the area. Free parking and internet with comfortable bed and pleasant room. It met all my needs. |

The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets and comforter and excellent pillows. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices of both hot and cold items. The exterior is outdated and gives a poor preview of the surprisingly lovely interior. |

Location of the hotel is good. Staff is willing to help. Plenty of parking space. Near Subway station (5 minute walk) Breakfast could be better. Selection is poor. Most likely also to the size of the hotel. |

We received a warm welcome from the owner who was acqainted with South Africa and enjoyed discussing current affairs with him. The staff were very polite and the breakfasts were really good quality and plentiful. |

THe room was very clean and had been recently remodeled. The free breakfast was really good. Bacon and eggs. Your website stated they had a jacuzzi but there wasn't one. Only a pool. There are jacuzzi rooms available but not one in the pool area. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel is located closely to Universal Studios. The hotel is located outside the main tourist areas. The choice of restaurant is quite limited. |

Although the exterior of the hotel looks rather old, the room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Conveniently located in the middle of LA, short driving distances to most attractions. They could renovate the exteriors. |

With the condition that you have a car available, the hotel is in an ideal location to visit Universal Studios, Hollywood etc. The hotel is rather old but well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is not the best one, though not necessarily unsecure. If you have a car this doesn't become a major issue. |

The suite was perfect for our business use. We had several meetings at the Hotel. WiFi worked well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was better than most. The location of the hotel is convenient to both Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles. Free parking was much appreciated. We stayed in a suite that only had AC in the main room. In mid-july the outside temperature reached triple digits. An additional AC unit in the bedroom area would have been nice. |
