Good quality. Affordable prices. Very convenient location. Microwaver, heater and refrigerator in number. I book a room with one bed, they gave me room of higher quality with 2 beds. Excelent hotel! |

The attention, service and breakfast were great. Cannot evaluate other aspects for i only spent the night at the hotel, but would consider going there again. Would have preferred a room which was not for handicapped. |

It was great value for money,absolutely perfect,enjoyed the pool,fitness and the confortable room. Exactly what expected. Metro and bus lines to the ocean and to hollywood,convention center. |

I would recomend it for my enemies They would feel with a devil as I feltPeople were no warmfully a I found sataying at Best Western California in San Francisco The ate didnt correspond because of double taxs. |

This hotel is a $20 cab ride to Universal Studios and not close at all. It is false advertising and the hotel is actually in a very "seedy" part of Hollywood that has nothing at all to offer international tourists. There are no resteraunts etc anywhere in the vacinity. The carpet in the corridors is ripped, the hotel has a musty smell about it however the Breakfasts were very good and overall it was very economical accomodation |

There was not good restaurants around the hotel, it was not convinient for travelers from over sea. The atitudes of the hotel staffs were different, some were ok but some were very rude. |

The Lady at the reception was not very friendly! And also can not understand why one can not use the stairs - the elevator takes ages! |

The rooms were quite big and spacious an kept clean The reason that we booked this Hotel was that they said that they had an airport shuttle service and they advertised that fact in the information in the Hotel room info book for $17 per person. |

Location. You reach the metro station in a 5 min walk. Hotel is not bad but is a bit outdated. The bathroom is ready for renewal. The vending machines should be placed in Las Vegas,the change the machine rends something after inserting the money is rather low :-) |

The postive points of the hotel , it was pretty basic though it was clean . the bathroom had good full length mirrors, we were on the gound floor. the breakfast was better than I expected . The location did not feel very safe and it was not near Hollywood.We had to pay for parking . There was no bars or restaurants near there so we had to get taxi to a near by area. |

The room itself was very nice, as was the whole hotel. Certainly more than I expected from the rather low price. Unfortunately a lot of what was advertised was not accurate. The "high speed" internet access proved to be rather slow. TV reception was not too good and the selection of stations was lacking. The in-house car rental personnel could be more friendly and organized. Also it took longer than necessary to get a car booked. There were several issues with the room key cards, preventing use of the pool. |
