The staff and stay have always been inviting. Great night sleep in a queen size bed. Comfort in knowing i can bring food back to the room and eat it at anytime. Web site always up and running.
The hallways smell smokey and room can get stuffy after cooking but there are windows that open for fresh air. Housekeeping will not check in on you if you have one or more days in a stay.
Convenience & price
Phone in room could not be connected - jack was missing
Great Price For Quality On A Budget! Friendly Staff. Stove Top, Fridge & Microwave. Sink & Dishes. Clean Room & WiFi.
The bed was so plush, much nicer than normal motel beds. Nice fully functional kitchen and full size refrigerator. Very clean.
A continental breakfast would have been nice but I understand this facility is geared towards longer stays and more self sufficiency.
The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting me as I went in or out the door. The room was spotless and bed very comfortable. The halls look as thought they have recent paint and carpeting. Overall a nice stay and I would stay again.
I would have given this excellent, but there are no hair dryers in the room. There also are often some sketchy looking characters hanging out in the lobby and smoking out front, who made me uncomfortable, so I had my big Army son walk me in and out.
We arrived around 3:15 am and the attendant left the key to the wrong room. The room key that was left for us was under construction. At first we could not get anyone. Finally we got someone in Georgia that called the maintenance man. He got the key swapped out. It was 4 am by the time we got to our room. The room next to us had their tv so loud we could not get to sleep. We had to be up at 7:30 am. It was a bad night. The room was clean and ok. But it was nothing fancy.
If you are a non-smoker, make sure that you are assigned a non-smoking room prior to accepting the room.
This is an indoor Hotel with kitchens. The smells in the halls are horrific. Every type of food is being cooked in these rooms. The scents escaped into the hallway And moved with others to make a Rank Ordeal to walk thru. Women iarrived to my family's home they commented that Angeles ii smelled odd. The smell Over took my expensive parfum
The fact that you HAD our reservation, but then said you didn't and did NOT have a room for us. It cost us more than double to get a room at the last minute elsewhere. Without even the courtesy of an apology or any recovery attempt.
If a person wanted to make a prolonged stay, all the comforts were there, including a nicely stocked kitchen area. Except for a recliner, that is!
We had a small problem with the plumbing but that was it.
The after hours check-in instructions were not very clear and the lock boxes were not labeled as was indicated. Per instructions from operator, I had to try all of the boxes until one opened. The beds in the room were not very comfortable and the room furnishings were worn.
The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. The rooms were pleasant. The service was outstanding. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
The rooms needed new beds. They were old but clean. The rooms need a little tender care and they would be great, mostly cosmetic repairs. The worst part is the 14.5% tax the city and state put on you. The actual hotel rate was great.
Housekeeping was awesome! Very clean! Having a kitchen in the room was great, even if I ended up not using it as much as I planned. The gazebo area was nice and roomy. Bed was very comfortable.
Booked a smoking room, got a nonsmoking. But I did check in early, so I assumed that it was the only one available. Check in was ok, check out took a while because nobody around, and the lady clearly acted like I was bothering her. Not outright rude, but very unfriendly.
