If you are a non-smoker, make sure that you are assigned a non-smoking room prior to accepting the room.

This is an indoor Hotel with kitchens. The smells in the halls are horrific. Every type of food is being cooked in these rooms. The scents escaped into the hallway And moved with others to make a Rank Ordeal to walk thru. Women iarrived to my family's home they commented that Angeles ii smelled odd. The smell Over took my expensive parfum

The fact that you HAD our reservation, but then said you didn't and did NOT have a room for us. It cost us more than double to get a room at the last minute elsewhere. Without even the courtesy of an apology or any recovery attempt.

If a person wanted to make a prolonged stay, all the comforts were there, including a nicely stocked kitchen area. Except for a recliner, that is!

We had a small problem with the plumbing but that was it.

The after hours check-in instructions were not very clear and the lock boxes were not labeled as was indicated. Per instructions from operator, I had to try all of the boxes until one opened. The beds in the room were not very comfortable and the room furnishings were worn.

The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. The rooms were pleasant. The service was outstanding. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms needed new beds. They were old but clean. The rooms need a little tender care and they would be great, mostly cosmetic repairs. The worst part is the 14.5% tax the city and state put on you. The actual hotel rate was great.

Housekeeping was awesome! Very clean! Having a kitchen in the room was great, even if I ended up not using it as much as I planned. The gazebo area was nice and roomy. Bed was very comfortable.

Booked a smoking room, got a nonsmoking. But I did check in early, so I assumed that it was the only one available. Check in was ok, check out took a while because nobody around, and the lady clearly acted like I was bothering her. Not outright rude, but very unfriendly.
