The pool area at night
I stayed there 2 days beds where not made and waste paper basket was not emptied, I had to ask for clean towels.
Proximity of stores and eating establishments
Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Pool looked clean.
Old hotel, lamp didn't work. Wrappers under bed. Burn holes in blankets. Stained carpet. It's that kind of place you don't want to sit down. Stained chairs, dingy blankets.
The lack of security. The old nasty looking building.
breakfast was ok
pool was dirty, rooms smelt musty if not smoky, tv in one room didnt work. Toilet in room was filthy, lock on door to room didnt work. Room in which br eakfast was served was tatty. Whole place needed knocking down and starting again. Stupidly didnt read the reviews before booking. They are all spot on. We have Days inn in the UK and assumed this would be a similar standard. We did report the problems, toilet was cleaned but that was it nothing else was dealt with
Easy access for the handicapped. The lady who operates the breakfast room was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and very caring. I slept very well.
When we arrived to our room, there was one towel and two towel mats for four people. WiFi did not work! No extra towels are given for swimming pool. Too many bread products for breakfast, but I was told that will be changing by the wonderful woman who runs the breakfast area.
After having an issue with the first room they moved me without any argument.
The rooms were old and out dated. They were not as clean as they should be. The wifi was out all night.
It was a good location. We flew into Miami late night and we knew that we didn't want to stay in the city. We were ultimately headed for the keys, so Homestead was suitable for our needs.
It was hooked on to a jumping club that was open until 3:30.
wifi worked well in the room, the motel is located just on the road => comfortable for those who have a car and want to make a stop for sleeping just before visiting Everglades National Park.
Some of personnel were really not welcoming. Room interior is very old fashioned. Smelled cigarette.
It was not clean, the furniture was old and mismatched, the bathroom fixtures were crumbling and rotting, there was mold, fruit flies in my room. It was the worst room I've ever encountered at a Days Inn.
Staff was friendly, room was clean, would stay again, Breakfast was pretty much the same as other places who offer it. The breakfast attendant greeted us every morning, more so the weekend person, then the weekday one. but overall the place was okay and we would revisit.
The sign on the ice machine telling you only one bucket per room. And there was a older lady sitting by the ice machine to make sure guest only took one bucket, That was a first for me.
Big gap under the door to the outside
If you must stay in the Homestead area, get a nice hotel. This one was very scary. Questionable people hanging out all over the place. Loud music booming from the club late at night. Room was awful.
They had roaches and the bathroom was dirty
Parking was convenient.
The first room I got was dirty. Beds unmade etc. Second room was better but smelled strongly of cigarettes and was dingy. There's a night club on site so its really loud and crowded. Its in a pretty bad neighborhood so the crowd was rough and police were there. All in all, not a good experience. Didnt feel safe.
Needs total update. Grounds unkempt, surroundings dirty, windows doors, everything.Even walkways unclean. Would not recommend to stay here
The breakfast and the cleanliness of the area. The young woman knew the second day what I liked and had my waffle cooking before I sat down.
That I could not see my Harley from my room but the fence and the gate sort of made up for it. There were no problems any night.
There was no record that I had booked the room. Whose fault? Days Inn? Booking.com?
okay for a short stop
the humidity smell in te room
Price was lower than Keys, where we spent the day.No I
Noise, dirt in room, breakfast poor, room smelled, our side entrance, dirty bathroom.
Nothing to expensif
Air condition loud
We smell the odor of cat feces in our room.
The room smelled like mildew.... The curtain where the AC unit is was covered in mildew
Kernels and her smiling cheerful greeting at breakfast. She is lovely.
