Staff were great. Good for business trip

Front desk staff both day and night were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms very comfortable. For a hotel priced room, having a compact kitchen and dinette was excellent, great when you have a family and are on a budget. Having indoor pool was what sold us.. And it was very clean. We plan on going again,

Would have liked a hot tub in the pool area, but everything else was great!

In-house cleaning was not efficient

the room felt like home .it was close to the sherton where my daughter was competing.front desk made you feel welcome.heat was great.small breakfast was good.I was on the first floor and the window with screen to open was reaxing..i enjoyed my stay and would return .

I dont drive so it was hard with food .i didnt know there was no dining area so that was hard .i wasnt going to be there long enough to bring food to cook..it would be nice if you had a smal dining area..In the rooms you didnt supply enough soaps no lotions shampoo in which every hotel does.you need to put a few tea bags besides coffee in the room,To be honest with you i felt 212.00 dol.for one night was a little high.overall i had a good stay .and thank you ..

Nice size room and very convenient to go to Manhattan.

Room and bath were not very clean and we have to ask a few times for them to be cleaned. First room was on the side of the road and you could hear the trucks inside your room. The noice was terrible. We asked to be changed or we would have to go leave.

check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of. we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion. Great stay thanks Manager M

The room was wonderfull. It felt like home.

The hot water in the shower stall wasn't that hot. It was a bit pricey.

Lazy staff , dirty room , dated decore , Breakfast consisted of a Granola bar and your choice of an apple or orange (thank God for the Duncan Donuts across the plaza). Absolute nonesens. Missing shampoo in room, noone came to clean the room for two days nor change the towels. Advertised as two beds for 3 adults .... consisted of one bed and a spring filled, one man, pull out sofa from the 70's (the excuse was that it was booking.com's fault not theirs....ya right ). I booked several hotels and am very tolerant of the rooms ...... but this place just flat out sucked. Only possitive was the close proximity to the city and no bugs ... by those standards I shouyld have booked elswhere. How was this place rated a 8.2 I will nvr know .... are secaucus hotels this bad that this one rated so high? .... spend an extra 20 dollars and stay at the Courtyard Marriotte 2 min away. Been warned

The price is alright for the room we got. The bed is comfortable. Free parking, There is a nj transit Bus at 1 min by walk (round trip to nyc 7.90$ per person). There is a lot of nice restaurants near by.

There was no hot water on the first morning. The breakfast is very bad, compare to other hotels at the same price. The ventilation system is very noisy!

The price was excellent to be so close to New York. One bus, the 320 takes 20 minutes to Times Square. Cost $7.90 return.

They shouldn't say breakfast is included. It is more of a coffee bar with muffins.

The bus stop to Manhattan is a 30 second walk away, with regular services to the Port Authority. It's only a 30 minute ride, even in rush hour. Good hotel, with lots of space and so much cheaper than Manhattan.

The hotel is situated on quite a busy intersection, so traffic noise is quite bad. Bring earplugs!

The proximity to the city while being in a quiet location. The proximity to the bus stop for city access.

The breakfast menu was very poor - packager foods, no cerials and UHT milk in teaspoon size portions only.

Employees at the registration were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, beautiful and way over my expectation for the price. The bus stop going to Times Square is a 1 min walk from the lobby so it was very practical (8$ round-trip). We didn't know that breakfast was included, so it was a pleasant surprise (for the price!).

No negative comment on that hotel. I would definitely recommend it!

VERY convenient to hop the bus and get into the city to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in just a matter of minutes. Great to be so accessible to the city without paying the city prices -- would definitely stay here again.

It's close to New York. Just about 15 minutes with the bus to times square.

The hotel condition is pretty good, and the price is low. There is a bus directly taking you to the hotel from NYC.

It was very pleasant, clean and economical. We wanted all these things in a Hotel that was also close to Manhattan, and this one fit the bill.

Breakfast was a little less than other hotels but given that this cdhain is meant for travelers who probably bring their own food, I understand.

breakfast......with the exception of day one...( Friday morning) at 7 am on Saturday and Sunday there were basically nothing ...they were out off everything...only oranges and some oatmeal bar
