Why the hotel thinks that 5 large pillows, mostly hard are necessary on each bed perplexes me. Then, the bulkiest,heaviest quilts known to man- kind to put over you!!!!Why? This is Florida. We finally found 2 well worn blankets in the closet. It was a very uncomfortable night. The staff were great about addressing our complaint, but after a night of little sleep it was difficult to look back and say it was a comfortable stay. We had a wedding to attend that following day otherwise we would have checked out earlier than our anticipated 4 night stay.

Convienent The stay was good, but Booking.com services were very poor. Our reservation was never sent to Homewood, so we had a sub-standard room because it was all that was available due to Booking.com's failure.

Everything! So impressed with Homewood Suites. Can not wait to stay here again! Great job Hilton, you sure hit the mark with this hotel! Will highly recommend to anyone and plan to tell everyone I know to book here! Thank you for an absolute wonderful vacation!! Nothing. Perfect stay...thank you!!

Lage sehr ruhig, in der Suite war von draußen nichts zu hören, Klimaanlage lief leise, Großraum Fort Myers gut überall zu erreichen, Personal arbeitete unauffällig, nette Bar gegenüber Frühstückraum ständig überfüllt, Pool reichlich klein, das angebotene Snack-Essen von Mo bis Do entspricht nicht europäischen Gepflogenheiten (unidentifizierbares "Fleisch" Pressfleisch??), Wein eher ungenießbar, Internetzugang war manchmal defekt, Dusche im Bad war im Wassersparmodus

Kaffe i foajén, frukost och lätt kvällsmåltid med vin ingick, två rum med kylskåp och mikro samt diskmaskin och köksutrustning, helt ok pool. Avslappnat och hemtrevligt. Man fick mycket för pengarna! Bemötandet var okej men inte mer. Inredningen var funktionell men lite murrig. Läget var ganska ocharmigt. Men om man främst vill vara på stränderna och turista i omgivningarna spelar allt detta mindre roll!

Het ontbijt was goed en netjes geregeld. Voor Amerikaanse begrippen veel variatie. Het zwembad was klein maar goed. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam De kamer rook muf en is erg gedateerd.
