    Very Clean, well appointed room. Kitchen area was a bonus ! Walking distance to all the bars on music row.

    I left tips, the money was taken, but my room was left as is and all the towels and amenities just left in front of the door. Not enough tip..?

    Our stayed at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very courteous.

    When we came back from the grand ole opry my husband had to go park the car and we were paying for valet parking. We were not aware of the schedule. We paid valet parking per day.

    Loved the location, free dinner and breakfast.

    Wasted space with the kitchen, spaced better used for a second bed. Pull out very uncomfortable.

    Good facilities and great location.

    Back area around the lift lobby took away from the high level of finish and appearance elswhere in the hotel. Breakfast area can be a little bit crowded in the morning.

    I loved the complimentary dinner and evening cocktails. The complimentary hot breakfast was awesome too.

    The hallways weren't air conditioned.

    The suite was great and in a great locatoin. Only a couple blocks from all the Broadway excitement.

    Gabriel and his sister Michelle at the front desk were extraordinary! The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

    At the prices you charge, wifi should be free for the entire stay, not just the first 24 hours.

    location to the downtown area.

    Unfriednly staff at check in and wasnt sure if I needed to pay or if it was already paid for. Room wasnt not clean. Fire Alarm went off at 3:15am for 20 minutes. Front desk on Sunday morning was not helpful regarding my Hilton rewards points. Breakfast was cold. Would not stay or recommend to others.

    They didn't have our booking and were full up when we arrived. The receptionist tried to be helpful and found us a room at their brand new sister hotel. That hotel was great but of course more expensive. We did not receive any apology even though we had confirmation about our booking.

    Location - Close to Broadway

    Had to ask to get our room cleaned. Toilet also ran and ran if you forgot to lift the handle back up (Handle was also cracked).No safe in the room.

    The staff - uber friendly and went out of their way to assist in anyway possible.

    The pipes - every time your neighbour turned on a tap our flushed the toilet, the pipes were so loud they woke you up.

    Greeted by Gray at the desk. He was friendly and efficient.

    Parking isn't very convenient. Valet is around the corner.
