Everything was a (10)
First, I booked a queen suite that I was told had 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. I get to the room with my family of 5, close to midnight, and we arrive in a room with 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa. I call to the desk to complain and I am told that my booking website, Booking.com, "upgraded" me. I tell them that I don't consider going from 3 beds to 2, an upgrade. They tell me to take it up with my booking website and there is nothing they can do as they are sold out. Then, after having a difficult night sleeping in an uncomfortable bed, we go down to have breakfast. The eggs looked like they were cooked in a brownie pan and served in chunks, worst tasting eggs ever. The potatoes weren't home fries, they were tater tots. The juices offered weren't chilled, they were room temperature. This was without a doubt the worst stay that I have ever encountered the a Hilton brand hotel, which are the ONLY hotels that I ever stay at. In fact I will drive out of my way to get the usual hospitality of a Hilton brand hotel, but I will never stay at this Homewood Suites ever again. The service was appalling, especially from a hotel that is so close to Princeton University.
Good value for money. Good complimentary breakfast
Not a luxury hotel
We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was an unexpected luxury. The kitchen was great, and definitely more than a kitchenette. The bathroom was great and the beds incredibly comfy. at breakfast we were spoiled for choice.
the fact that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the room enough, we had to leave for the airport early on the morning.
Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room. Furthermore, I was told the only available non-smoking rooms would have required a paid upgrade.
They are very helpful to our room request
You really feel at home :)
I did not get a receipt directly from the hotel but the staff asked me to contact booking.com, which will delay my reimbursement
Kind desk manager, wonderful apple muffins
Access off us1 is awkward.
Home like feel，sweet staffs，cute kitchen
Very impolite staff. Requested room statement and invoice while at the hotel and also back in my home country. The hotel refused to give any feedback.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room size and facilities were good.
We requested a no smoking room when booking and received a smoking room. We were slightly disappointed that we were given plastic disposable cutlery to eat breakfast with. We thought that the chosen room had 2 beds, however there was only one, fairly small bed which was not ideal, given that we had to share.
The meals don't mean anything if the staff can't answer questions as to ingredients. I have a gluten allergy, so I had to eat off site. I will use a different hotel on my future trips.
