|11th Avenue Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in the Capitol Hill district of Seattle, just 3 minutes’ drive from the city centre. A complimentary hot breakfast is provided each morning.|
The location is great for getting around the city (can be a bit desolate at night but not too bad). The free breakfast was actually pretty decent. Hotel staff seemed very polite and ready to help. It isn't the most upscale place in Seattle but it isn't the least either. It was great value for what we paid.
Our room was probably in a bad wifi spot because we could only get signal by the door. We stayed in another room for a few days where things worked fine but in our larger room wifi was almost non-existent.
Free breakfast & dinner Really good breakfast selection Large comfortable rooms with kitchen. Accommodating staff - 1st room on street side was noisy, so they moved me to the courtyard side. Friendly cleaning staff Convenient to convention center and short walk to restaurants.
Only tiny complaints, will definitely stay there again. Noisy room on street side (but they moved me when I asked). Fitness room a bit small, got crowded in the morning.
the staff and room was fantastic. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family
Nothing was wrong
I didn't like the fact that they charged misc, taxes, parking taxes and all assorted other taxes that seems beyond the norm. Who taxes parking?
Location and space
pre authorized holds that take 3-5 days to rebalance
A great hotel for families! Perfect location ..everything is walking distance ! We had a wonderful experience, thank you
Location, room, quiet.
WI fi is lousy
Ok location. First room they had me in the fridge wasn't cleaned so room smelled. They moved me to a new room which was way better.
Don't like the weird elevators.
Most everything. Big room.
No indoor pool.
Everything was great
Only one elevator was working.
Location -we walked to the International District, the Seahawks game and the more. (we like to walk) Very comfortable bed, clean room... Convenient parking Extremely friendly staff
Nice Shower, Good Breakfast
Dinner was not worth eating!!
I was in Seattle to take the CFA exam at The Conference Center (located on the property of the Washington State Convention Center). I chose the Homewood Suites because of its close proximity to the Convention Center and the better value relative to the "luxury" hotels nearby.
My room was on the 6th floor and overlooked the freeway. While the living room was not too noisy, the freeway noise filtered into the bedroom because the balcony door was not particularly airtight.
the location walking distance to EVERYTHING public transportation systems yummy food EVERYWHERE friendly and accomodating staff at hotel
Everything was close to perfection, and for a very reasonable price! Closeness to Washington State Convention Center, free breakfast everyday, free dinner monday to thursday, free popcorn in bedroom, big comfy beds...
The great: The location, the size of our room, the view from our room, the comfy bed, and the price.
One elevator was out of order and the other one was very slow, the door to our room was very squeaky, and we feared we were disturbing the other guests every time we opened and closed it.
The quality of the hotel is good but not excellent.
I shared the room with colleagues and the staff did not provide us the independent received of the payment that we usually need to be refund in our job trips. No flexibility and no kindness from the staff. We had to pay for our job trip without being refund...
Weekend staff (Saturday/Sunday) during the day were excellent.
breakfast was boring and uninspired, very plastic
Not like any other hotel. Food was great. Bed was great. Easy walk to shopping. Kitchen facilities were very handy. Loved the floor plan--two rooms with a TV in each room. The best hotel ever if you travel with kids.
Nothing---OK, how about waffles for breakfast?
delighted to find that they serve a nice dinner Monday through Thursday in addition to a nice breakfast daily.
Location, easy acess to and from freeway.
The gym wasnt complete with some broken items. No kettle to boil water for tea. There was a drying cloth for dishes but no dishcloths to wash with.
Staff was very helpful. Parking was great
Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great breakfast selection. Good location!
The hotel and rooms (we stayed twice - before & after a Vancouver stay) are wonderful. Very clean, nice & upscale. Our first stay for 2 nights was a king room suite with separate living room and full kitchen and also patio/balcony. The last night we stayed was a queen with sofa bed and full kitchen. Both rooms were great and a good layout. The kitchen is awesome to have and there's a grocery store on the corner near the hotel if you want to pick anything up (but they do provide free breakfast, also one microwave popcorn each day in your room). The kids loved the game room next to the pool (free arcade games & billiards). Free breakfast was great to have (varies each day for warm meals but always has cereal, fruit, toast/bagel area, hard boiled eggs, juices, oatmeal). We were also able to grab the free dinner on our first night (M-Th nights only - kind of a hit or miss buffet that varies but had excellent fresh baked cookies). The location is good. Simple walk downhill past the convention center to grab the monorail or Westlake light link light (you might want to grab a cab coming back or if you're pulling suitcases due to the hill). Generally safe but at night you do need to be on alert for downtown city situations (occasional transients). The hotel is very safe - key access needed in elevators. Each time we returned to the hotel it was a relief to come inside to such a nice place. Overall wonderful experience and we made a good choice.
Little bit of a scare on our late night return for our last night of stay when they were worried about not locating our reservation, but it was resolved quickly.
Proximity to restaurants, shopping, Pike Street Market. Nice hotel Close to cruise ports Friendly staff-helpful too.
