Both dinner and breakfast were included in the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Nice people specially Virginia, night manager, always smiling and happy to help. Great Value/Price
A/C could be inneficiant and noisy but it was August!!
We liked the complimentary dinner they offer during the week. What a nice surprise! Very spacious rooms. Great place for a family to stay and business men and women. All the comforts of home
I liked the position of this hotel , short walk to the space needle , 10 minute walk to the water front . We upgraded to a suite with a water view which was fab. Front desk staff were very helpful , especially Mary , thank you very much , would stay here again no problem .
Location is great. Walked few blocks to Space Needle and park area. Close to Pier 91 for cruise ships. The hotel has shuttle services, which you pay separately for but worth the low cost. We took from from airport to hotel, and from hotel to Pier 91. Drivers were great and price very reasonable. Free breakfast was great. Rooms and facilities great. Staff was excellent at helping us with all question, tours, and transportation. Would definitely go back here if visit Seattle again. Perfect location to see Seattle before/after a cruise ship.
No pool for kids to use.
Attentive staff, cleanliness, access to key locations (e.g., Seattle Aquarium, the Space Needle, Elliot Bay, etc.)
Because of the side closer to the main road, there was substantial traffic noise. However, because I was tired from many hours of across-the-coast travels, I had no trouble falling asleep.
Large room Comfortable bed View Breakfast Wi-fi Location
Nice view on the bay. A lot of space with 'living room' to the corridor.
A bit noisy early in the morning from the Avenue crossing in front of the hotel, but still okay.
Room was spacious and clean. Welcome reception very nice. Breakfast very good each day.
Close to Pike Market and downtown.
Garage was terrible...too small to maneuver and open to vagrants...pee and poop all over!!!! Kitchen was not supplied...no soap, papertowels, dishwasher powder, etc
Location was great for Seattle Center.
An extra bed was offered, but there was no room for the extra bed….so we had to use the mattress on the floor. Breakfast was nice but finished too early.
Dinner on Mon-Thurs. Very helpful front desk. Went above and beyond. Good size of rooms and very comfortable. Very close to things and great public transport. Laundry room is to use. Closeness to Lakeside walk.
More selection at Breakfast would be nice. Very close to busy highway, so can get noisy if on wrong side of building.
Spacious suite. Comfortable large bed. Separate lounge and bedroom.
Can't turn off air conditioner, very cold at night. it was also very loud
Parking, just pay for the pass
Every member of the staff was so friendly. They all had smiles. The breakfast service at morning was great as was the evening meal that was completely unexpected.
The location was a little far from some things but the staff directed us to the bus service that was pretty convenient.
Very friendly helpful staff
No complaints couldnt improve anything
The location is excellent - walking distance to most things. The room was nice and the bath products high quality. Breakfast was good. Rating the staff Fair because I believe that housekeeping could have been better. However, the front desk and breakfast staff were Excellent.
One weird thing we experienced is that our 'do not distub' sign was removed from our door and it was not replaced in the room by housekeeping. This impacted us three mornings of our five day stay. Also, housekeeping let our bath supplies run down/out the last full day we were there. Had to use kleenex for T.P. the last morning. Poor!
The view from our room
Had to pay for parking Had to pay for Wi-fi
Good location for the purpose of our visit. Breakfast had decent variety and plenty of room for sitting down to eat. Parking turned out OK on the street though a couple of times we had to park a block to two away.
Rm 616 isn't big enough for a sofa sleeper. Barely able to get into or out of the room with the kids on the sleeper.
Good location, walking distance to the Space Needle and Monorail to downtown. Nice suite with kitchen facilities. Quiet area. Pet friendly, underground parking. Excellent breakfast.
We enjoyed all aspects of the Hotel. Staff were exceptional. Would stay, again and again.
We likes the kitchen, the king size bed was luxurious, the view of the sound and ferries peaceful. What I like the most was the extra door to separate the bedroom from the living area. My husband could watch the game and I could read.
The sofa in the living room was over worn. Sagging and a bit uncomfortable.
Room was spacious
