Friendly staff made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The room was very clean and the plush pillows were just what we needed. Toilets flushing when adjoining rooms flush throughout the night makes it hard to sleep cormfortably.

We loved that there was so much to offer both at the hotel and around it. It was also nice that the hotel offered breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. I would have liked for breakfast to be until 10:00 every day. I have older children. So trying to get them out of bed early to eat was a chore.

Large room, good value. The location was easy to get to when driving but not very walker friendly. It's right beside the interstate and there are no sidewalks. We were going to walk to The Woodlands Pavillion but it was not a walkable route.

Excelent accomodations in all respects. Very little staff training and general awarness of those of us for whom age has raised mobility barriers. Rooms for customers with limited mobility should be near entrances or elevators in order to reduce need for walking.

our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing the staff was quite helpful in guiding us in by way of cell phone chat. we had trouble finding it based on the direction from the car rental print-out. we will stay at the homewood -suites any time we return to the woodlands-absolutely! if your not from the area the frontage road off a high speed roadway can be a bit stressful to navigate in and out of the property--

Hospitalidad, desayuno incluido, cena gratis de lunes a jueves, comodo, buena ubicación, cerca al Woodlands Mall, supermercados, tiendas, cines y mas. El desayuno deberia ser todos los días hasta las 10 o 10:30am El personal no deberia levantar el servicio de desayuno si es que aun hay personas desayunando.
