The stay was great, very relaxing! Quiet. Staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was continuously refilling with fresh food. Hard to gain entrance and trees and brush covered the identifying sign, but called and front desk was able to give perfect directions.

dog friendly bath tub drain really slow, stand at least 10 minutes at the tub to let the water to go down before i can continue my shower, told the staff, seems doesn't care

The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help! Their facilities and rooms were surprisingly up to date with newer renovations and modern art in the club house and lobby. Their kitchen staff did a great job and breakfast had a variety of food (healthy). Their compound was very clean and house keeping ran like clock-work. This resort was budget friendly compared to other hotels in the area. I felt like with the equivalent of what we spent here per night no other hotels/motels in the area would even come close to offering the same service, cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, and great/safe environment. This was one of the best choices in hotels I've made based on value per dollar spent! The purpose of our stay was related to a function on Beale street which was a 15 minute drive. If you plan ahead or don't mind a little traffic depending on where you're going this hotel is a perfect stay for you!

Even though they did not get the reservation from booking.com, they were able to accommodate me and my guest. Getting to the location was a little confusing since it was only accessible from the westbound lane of Poplar Ave. Once you figure it out, it is easy enough.

Comfortable King Size suite with kitchen and couch sleeper. Privacy. Could have put us in a first or second floor instead of third due to small child. They had plenty of rooms!

The beds were comfortable.... Substantial space in bathroom area. Floor plan was smart. Ambiance of the bedroom was nice. Shower was nice with great pressure. Private entrance are ideal. Slow shower drain. Living room furniture was ugly. Pots and pans were outdated and used.

Liked the fireplace in the room. Lobby area breakfast room and computer facilities are very nice. Kitchen was one reason we chose and it was outfitted poorly and one burner on 2 burner stove didnt work. Room was not cleaned.

I liked the room and everything the hotel had to offer. I don't particularly like the location and the traffic. It's very hard to get in and out of. I did not like that you have to go out to get in the weather to get to the lobby for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, good variety for breakfast. We were there for 3 nights. Our first room had a musty smell and the heater was very noisy when it came on. We could hear every bit of noise from the room upstairs. On the 2nd day i requested a new room which was much better
