Homewood Suites Minneapolis - Mall of America  

Shuttle service was great and breakfast was also very good.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, meals were great, close to the mall, train station and bus station. Never had to use our car.

Good staff, excellent shuttle bus drivers.

Computers in the Executive Center were incredibly slow.

Bed was comfy and the suite was large. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free cookies at the desk ... nice.

Mix up with the reservation so we ended up with a smoking room. Key did not work the first time - it was a long trip back to the desk from the far end of the 7th floor on a very slow elevator.

To come there more often

We felt the staff was well above the average. The next shift came in, and they were just as helpful and friendly, and always carried a smile. Rooms were great, clean and roomy. Toilet was quite loud. Great stay......see ya next time!

Option to cook in the room, large refrigerator, and room kept very clean. Good location. Across the street from Mall of America and the train station. A very helpful staff to make your stay more comfortable.

Airplanes taking off early in the morning. Kept waking me up. Went to the area to be picked up by shuttle at Mall of America. Waited for 35 minutes. Shuttle arrived and left before we could make it to where he had stopped. He had stopped at the end of the parking lane and we were in the middle. We had to walk back to the hotel or wait another hour. We walked back. Need to add a guide channel on the tv. Would like to know what is playing on what channel.

comfort was bad, too cold in hall and dinning area.

Comfort of the room and location.Tyler(at the front desk)was amazing.The breakfast was awesome.The popcorn in the room was a very nice touch.USA Today delivered at the door in the morning was wonderful.We would definitely stay there or any other Homewood Suites in the future.

When I called for additional coffee and sugar they stated to come to the lobby and get it.

I was surprised by all the amenities that were just there for the price we paid. I stayed at another hotel in the area when in town for business for the past 5-6 years but decided to change. You now have my business. The staff really have pride in the hotel and promote its services. Nicely done.
