we booked two rooms with king beds and were told they were given away because the hotel over booked. stuck with bad rooms that smelled with double beds. air conditioning didn't work.

very clean rooms and plenty of room. Location was great we were able to find something to eat without traveling too far.

The pool was not open! they were having some chemical treatment trouble. We were traveling with our youth group from church they were very disappointed and not be able to swim, with the tempt being so hot! I have another complaint but not with the Hotel, I booked 5 rooms through Booking.com and they had only 3 rooms reserved and had to booked another room when we arrived thanks goodness they had another room available. I'm hoping my credit card wasn't charged for the five rooms!

The full size kitchen, the location was great and plenty of parking. Also the breakfast and dinner on Monday thru Thursday was great. The room suite was overall clean except for some blood stain on the back of the door of the bedroom.

If I needed to call for a rolling cart or had a question, the phone would ring and finally someone would pick up. Although the service was great and very nice when you came down to ask your question.

The place was easy to get to. It was better than expected. Plenty of room for 5 people. It had a great little kitchenette and plenty of plates and cutlery.

elmoviliario se le nota el uso que ha tenido por lo despintado de sillas y puertas. el acceso a uartos no es de lo mas eficiente, si te toca el ultimo del pasillo es recorrer todo el hotel ya que la recepción esta en un extremo.

sa situation : si vous aterrissez à Phoenix pour commencer votre périple dans l'ouest américain et que vous êtes une famille de 5 par exemple, je vous recommande cet hotel ! - confort - situation a proximit de l'aéroport - chambres de 5 personnes - bon petit déjeuner !

Alles was perfect. De suite was ruim en volledig ingericht met een complete keuken inrichting. Ontbijt was goed en ook de avondreceptie met een volledig menu incl. drank was goed.

Le +, dîner compris dans le prix de la chambre. Entre 17h et 19h. Chambre propre comprenant cuisinette. A recommander.

Fin du petit déjeuner à 9h précises, pas une minute de plus. Le dîner, idem.

Rigtig fin suites med masser af plads til 4 personer. Rent og fint center - og med god swinmingpool.

I read reviews before staying here regarding the complimentary breakfast. Some people were quite unhappy with it, so I was very leary. I have to say - it was excellent! We were a family of 3 and we stayed there for 4 days, those free breakfasts saved us approximately $30/day. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns (they were tator tots but who cares?) 3 types of cereal, 2 types of milk, a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, several types of bagels (ok these were a bit on the tough side), they had a make your own waffle stand set up, coffee (always there, not just for breakfast), orange juice, apple juice. And the staff was absolutely wonderful, very polite and pleasant.

we had problems with our key cards not working on several occassions, but they were immediately replaced. I think that the reader on the door was going bad because it happened with 3 different keys at 5 different times. Our key cards were no where near magnets or other cards so we can't think of any other reason. - I would not let this deter me from staying there again.
