Valet very efficient and friendly/Bed was very comfortable.

The staffs at the front desk not so friendly they mess up my room to other guest keep me waiting so long to check in to the room. And finally jus told me they accidently switch my room to the other guest! I'm jus waiting over there around 20-30min to check in.

Hooters didn't make me feel like I was in Vegas the atmosphere is a little different

the valet service was incredible.. outstanding..

rooms are a bit shabby. no blankets on beds. air conditioner rattled.. there were bugs in the showers flying around.

It was affordable compared to the other hotels at the time of booking.

Room looked like it was sort of thrown together, no wi-fi (not even paid or free).

The hooters hotel did not receive the confirmation on- line . So I had to book again upon my arrival

everything is old at hotel. room is not good. bathroom is terrible. i never stay there again.. and terrible aircondition noise in rooms..

Location is good and there was good parking.

Everything was old. The restaurant told us that they were not allowed to hire enough staff. Spa fee (a joke) was a surprise. $14/day for nothing. I tried to cash a check....limit was $100 and they had to run a credit check and they needed a credit card other than Am Exp??? We left and went to a bank. Everything was a hassle. Oh, my wine glass had lipstick on it, so they dumped my wine into another glass and gave it back to me....yuck!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel quickly responded to water leakage into our room from an upstair guest bathroom that left water running and flooded upstairs. I was there on business and found my room convenient to the MGM arena where I had to be. I am please with out the staff was professional. The security did a excellent job handily a few cases of people drinking more than was good for them and others. The restaurants were very good.

Would of liked a hot water kettle for tea in my room. They only have single specialty coffee. Air conditioner a bit loud. Otherwise everything was good.

I love Hooters been staying there since the opening. Lot has changed but they always treat me so nice.

Location was perfect for convention at MGM.

Dirty room carpet. Noisy...pool parties. Personnel had very little personality. No one seems to be very happy there.

We stay on 3rd floor, room #353 called for sink clogged and light bulb out. And no maintanance show up.

Had a room facing the pool. Very loud. Huge spot lights shining in room all night. Mattress was old and squeaky.

cleanliness, the pool has no sun by 3pm based on its location

the easy location to the mgm, and it was the cheapest room I could find for your budget

all the food is fried, the salad was totally wilted and mushy, and the whole place feels dirty and is full of smoke

If you like Hooters resteraunts will LOVE this hotel.

Old TV's, old carpet, excessively loud music in pool area, Phony Resort Fee, took bar out of front lobby area, gaps in wood flooring on main level, less machines in gambling area.
