Good value of room and accessibility.
Poor shower head. Not the best HVAC.
The hotel is old, not to mention the rooms were dingy and smelled like smoke. Which a request for a non-smoking was requested. The hotel needs remodeling. It's not the Hooters from before!!
On the strip, Very low price Clean All I need in a hotel Cross the street to the MGM monorail
Old, slow elevators Not the nicest, lavish vegas experience, but i didn't want to pay for that.
The staff is always great. We stay often. Great location Great value.
Really in need of up dating ! The hall ways and elevators are pretty dirty.
We liked the Mad Onion restaurant
Staff we all grumpy! Most of the dealers were unfriendly. Rooms were dirty, constant running toilet and bath tub. Waiting staff a the Hooters restaurant seemed as if you were troubling them if you asked for something. Over all a poor attempt at customer service
The rooms were so comfortable and loved the location.
I never received my full deposit back and can't get no answers why.
Great perks for new player club members. 24 hour room service.Friendly staff.
Their service was great but valet seemed to be under staffed.
fast on the drink's
pool 24 rocks
The staff was courteous
The bathroom was archaic and filthy. The bed was hard and listed as queen but was actually a full.
Fair hotel but it's the beginning of Strip and you can walk to another hotel, MGM grand (2 minutes), Bellagio (10 minutes).
Clean rooms and common areas
Resort fee of 15.00
Could not get the room at a comfortable temperature. Needed a heavy blanket
The rooms have really comfortable beds, room service is exellent
Next to the strip for The New Year s.
The hot tub,...that's it
This place was just sad, and as they jacked the rates up for the CES, though they weren't even close to booked, the quality for the money was terrible. 1. No smiles and barely a word at check-in 2. Run down room with no amenities 3. Dinosaur TV that made weird screeching sounds 4. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets were low quality 5. Slow WiFi 6. With the exception of the two Hooters girls we encountered in the restaurant, the rest were unfriendly.
Every thing the staff ,security, very welcoming you,The outside where the pool was ,I was there at 6am having coffee I could see the cleaners hosing down the foundation around the pool,so no wonder its clean.
The coffee cups in the bait shop
I like how the hotel isn't so huge that you get lost. Casino has enough machines and tables to have fun with. Nice to be able to walk from the elevator and out the door in less than 10 min.
We called to have our bags brought up to the room. They took over an hour and when we finally went down to get them ourselves they showed up.
Place looks old
$5 roulette $3 blackjack
Low quality hallway and room design. I get the "beach" look, but didn't expect beach shack quality.
Needs to update and remodel
The price is good. Pretty close to the strip. Not bad. The staff is great. Very nice. We stay at least once a year.
The hotel really need a makeover. It's pretty run down and dirty!
Was very old 9th floor carpet was really bad
We had a bungalow room which was nice since you were a little bit removed from the main casino. Bottled water was included in the resort fee. For what we paid it was good...clean, door locked, comfy bed, plenty of parking.
Like I said we had a bungalow room...right next to pool, so it was kind of loud. Taking a shower was a pain. The water would not stay warm/hot more than a few minutes.
Old hallway old rooms
