Room rate was fair.
Was placed in a smoking room although I had reserved a non-smoking room and non-smoking rooms were available. Room was not clean, lamps did not work, TVs are outdated, customer service is lacking.
Staff was great
There is no spanish channels . There is no excuse for this ! These channels are free but the company seems to have a stupid policy about "we don't offer those channels". I was there for the Latin Grammies.I have stay at a lot of places throw the US and I have never heard such policy in any other place.
Location and heater.
No jug...no mini fridge...no crockery to have a cup of tea...no tea bags...no biscuits..no frills. Dated decor.
The blackjack tables are $3 minimum.
The room was damaged and was not clean at all!!! When we got there, there was pee on the toilet seat. It was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel and stay in hotels at least 75 days of the year. It also did not feel very safe at this hotel. I am completely satisfied with a basic room as long as it is clean, but even for $17 I will never ever stay at this hotel again as it was absolutely disgusting. We didn't even dare take a shower and we stunk like smoke! I despise the smell of smoke, but I chose to deal with that horrible smell on a 4 hour flight home versus showering in the dirty half broken bathroom. I stayed at the Howard Johnson in Vegas once and it was way nicer than this shithole!
The price was right and it was close to the Expo Center where we were working.
Check in was terrible, had to pay for a extra night even though I checked in on the day of my reservation, just early in the morning.
Located just off the strip opposite the the MGM, its very easy to walk to and from. Its quite small, which is nice when compared to some of the mega resorts. Nice pool area. Hooters restaurant is fun and 24 hours Its low key and relaxed. Wifi is very good. They put bottled water in room daily, something the MGM doesn't do for example. Its a friendly place to stay.
Its simple, no added luxuries but that didnt bother me. Poker room never has a game.
Good localization (near to the Strip), affordable price, good bar (Hooters), good wi-fi
Smell of smoking everywhere but the room, lack of cleanness
Close to the airport, incredibly friendly/helpful staff, easy to get to the strip. Enjoyed swimming in the pool, and of course, having some of the wings. Hooters was very reasonably priced, and didn't include a lot of the hidden fees and expenses that you run into at other hotels. Our room was very spacious and it was easy to access the wifi.
I guess it's a bit dated, but everything's clean and comfortable, so not really a problem.
Twice we had breakfast and even though we were the only people dining the service was terrible.
went to front desk and they changed our room to a new tower floor and bathroom was good. Was very thankful they did it with no trouble.Tower Ocean View was ok
First time 824, carpet bad, real bad, bathroom not the best condition, but clean. Second visit room 823, bathroom a nightmare and truly couldn't believe Hooter's was allow this mold so bad in their bathroom's and no water pressure at all in shower. All rooms in Bayview tower need to be completely redone. never thought Hooters would allow their name to such a run down hotel.
I come back to the room and the sliding door fell out the track and hit the balcony. Scarry feeling
our room was great...large, clean, comfy location price
smokey smell in casino (but it IS Vegas!) The couple next door fought so much that we had to call security...and security took care of the problem in no time.
great location, fun and unpretentous, and you can get wings 247 now.
The location is good. Not to far from strip.
The bathroom was not clean. The SHOWER Curtain Was Full Of Mold.
My girlfriend and I visit Las Vegas frequently and love staying at Hooter Hotel because of its low rates and clean facilities. It may be as low cost as Circus Circus, but Hooters falls well above Circus Circus in the cleanliness and facility maintenance. We also love getting free breakfast at hooters from time to time, but we haven't recently and we stay there all the time. Complementary breakfast is definitely a great catch.
We would like to get complementary food more often! =)
Security staff and.The drink girls were polite.
.some.one.trying to break thru the joining doors at 2 am. Security showed eventually. . Overall security was the best experiance just front desk needs.a.little.help. I.could not sleep the rest of night. And had to checkout out the morning with no sleep. When I got home I called. the front desk. Manager said all she do is.return the resort fee for that one night cause she saw no report on the incident. Gambling was not great . Very low paybacks..
The location near strip is convenient. The pool is open 24/7. The restaurants are tasty and affordable.
Registration staff is not warm and friendly. They instantly make you regret your choice of their hotel. The rooms are not as family friendly as they advertise. The entire property needs updating.
spacious room needs upgrading
If you are in Vegas and look for a affordable place to sleep, it is fine enough. It does not offer luxury or special treats, but it is close enough to the strip to go walking and across the street from MGM. If that is what you look for, recommended.
Their services when i asked for coffee in the morning i'm waited for 3 hours and many more!!!!
no chair available to sit by desk
the cost of staying for a few days didn't empty my pockets
the lady at the front desk that did not have details to the questions i needed answers to.
Location is great..... Beds are comfortable.... $3 dollar blackjack!
A little outdated
