This be is closer to a hostel than a bb. If you are young and have stayed in nice hostels before then this bb is good. The couple that owns are really friendly. The bedroom is great and is super comfortable.
The bathroom is shared and could have been cleaner/decorated a little nicer
Conveniently located near downtown Kind hosts Ability to bring dog
Felt like there was a lack of privacy No lock on the door Breakfast portions limited Air conditioning was weak Neighborhood verged on being unsafe Lack of private restroom
Very nice host, close to downtown and medical center, free breakfast, space to park the car, free toiletries
Saw an ant on my bed, windows were not fully shut, could hear some nice from outside the house
Great personable couple with good vision for what they want to achieve with this place, and the skills to do it. Peaceful room with quiet uncluttered lines, just the thing for frenetic crazy concert night. Great fresh breakfast. Peaceful gem in a mixed and hoepfully upcoming neighborhood.
Not quite the wherewithal to achieve the vision-- yet-- and one must be prepared to be in a "work in progress." This was just fine for us. Other travelers might find this off-putting.
Well I loved the fact the owners were very welcoming and such a pleasure to talk to. The room was very comfortable and relaxing with its own private seating area.
very nice family including the dog, very clean, good and kind people, I recommend for others
The hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a table for games (important to us), and breakfast was very good. Nice location. We enjoyed our night here.
Be aware this is an older house being renovated. We were fine with that, but if you want hotel sparkle you may not prefer this site.
Fantastic hosts - comfortable room, perfect for a single traveler - home cooked breakfast and great conversation. Quietest little dog I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Very convenient to public transit. Excellent value for the money!
This did not apply to me, but I can see where some folks might be put off by the unfinished look of the common rooms and the slightly downscale / transitioning neighborhood. If you are looking for gentrified elegance, you should probably look to stay elsewhere.
The immediate neighborhood was sketchy, but it was convenient drive to the art museum and park which was perfect for me.
The hosts were gracious, interesting and helpful. We enjoyed good restaurants at their recommendations. They accommodated our unique schedule.
I didn't like sharing a bathroom. There may be some who wouldn't like the remodeling in process, but that didn't bother me.
We liked the location. Quite close to the city center. The inn owners were very helpful and nice.
The room we stayed in didn't have any space to put clothes in. There were a closet and a drawer chest but both of them were unusable. It was OK for one night but if a guest needs to stay longer, they should provide something. Also, it would be better if they provide a desk in the room, too.
Simple clean rooms at great prices
Everything! The bed was really comfortable and the owners were lovely!
Barry and Ethel are very friendly owers, they are very nice. I stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The breakfast is very good too, I am sure I will stay there next time.
Luna the Dog, of course. Hosts were full of great information about restaurants and sites! Mix of modern and classic with the architecture Excited to see the final product!!!
We have a big vehicle so parking was a little bit of an issue. They provide plenty but people aren't always courteous on street parking.
Danger: this is NOT a real business
The owners were very friendly and informative. I enjoyed talking with them. Their location was perfect for the purpose of my visit. I will stay there again.
I was travelling with a friend to visit Cincinnati. The couple was extremely nice and kind to us. You won't have any regret if you choose this BnB. They know their job for sure!
Friendly people. Good hospitality. Comfortable sleeping.
Staff was very accomodating time/ need-wise, and welcoming/friendly.
The host was very nice and personable. It was conveniently located close to GABP. Pet friendly lodging. The price was very good. The bedroom and sitting room was clean with modern décor. Breakfast was good. French coffee press!
The B&B is under constant renovation. Bedroom door did not lock. Window kept shut using nails. It is not located in a very desirable neighborhood. The satellite TV reception was poor. Community bathroom was outdated and in need of a little TLC.
Easy to get to location, near the interstate. The room was big and clean
Friendly hosts, comfortable bed, nice shower.
A good value. Pleasant place, pleasant hosts. Very practical with more style than a hotel. Bus stop outside the door saved me from downtown parking. Also a nice tree lined walk downtown during the day.
Loved the atmosphere. The neighborhood was very hilly, but I enjoyed the nature walks and parks around. I'll miss the people I roomed with and hope to see them again. A PLUS all around
