I was only there for part of the day and I explored the Taft Museum/National Park. It was very interesting and there is a lot of information on President Taft. The house is in great shape but does have a lot of steps, however there is also a hidden elevator. Just tell your guide about your mobility issues. I had plans to see the zoo but it was 35 degrees with snow flurries the next day. So I opted for the Creation Museum; it has really grown since my last visit! It is awesome.

Like many cities Cincinnati is beautiful in parts.
Like many cities Cincinnati is beautiful in parts. There is a great art and food scene, and plenty to do and enjoy. Transit is not particularly difficult and parking is difficult but available, and pricy.
The problem with Cincinnati is the level of crime and drug use throughout the city. One can't walk 100 yards without smelling marijuana and the promlems of poverty and homelessness are continuously evident. The good and bad parts are common to most cities. Oddly right across the river in Newport Kentucky the crime, drugs, etc. Seem basically non-existent. The Newport Aquarium and Hoffbrau Haus were great.

We came away with a much greater appreciation for the city of Cincinnati and Ohio in general. We appreciated amazing food, art deco architecture, art, and science in the city. The zoo is so much more than just Fiona. The animal enclosures are well-designed to provide a reasonable experience for the animals and great viewing for guests. The Cincinnati Museum Center and American Sign Museum were fun too.

Was in for a conference so didn't really have time to spend sight-seeing downtown. From what I could observe, downtown area has a number of closed businesses downtown and lots of constructions which made driving somewhat challenging.

Cincinnati is a great walking city.
Cincinnati is a great walking city. We were there for a couple of Reds games and as a home base to go visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We enjoyed an outdoor concert in Fountain Square at night and it was great.
The two innkeepers were welcoming, friendly, and extreme helpful. My husband needed a room to work in for a couple of hours and he was able to use one in the back. We had The Bach Room and it was cozy, quiet and the bed very comfortable. There were plenty of towels that were new and fluffy. Their was a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room also! We were able to walk or catch an Uber very easily. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!
I have 10 stars because I truly feel that for the price you can’t beat this apartment over a hotel room! We stayed last Month and again this week for our trips to Cincinnati. Zero issues what so ever and the location was perfect for the venues we were attending both times. I would 100% recommend and will def choose East 8/ Front Desk in the future without a doubt!
I like that when I arrived I was able to go to my room. And the map provided with nearby stores, restaurants and museums was stellar.
I loved the hotel's decor. I also like the fact you needed your room key to activate the elevator which provided me with a sense of security as a single woman traveling alone.
The room was clean with no “hotel smell”. The room was a little small but that’s expected for an older downtown hotel. It appeared to be nicely and somewhat recently remodeled and that was nice. It was close to just about anything you’d want to do downtown.
A beautiful hotel with a fenced in back patio and fire pit. A great indoor pool, and FREE laundry services!
Our room (306) had a full size fridge, dishwasher, and stove. Plus the beds were so comfortable I slept the best I had since leaving home.
I love 21c hotels for the art and the Cincinnati location did not disappoint. The room was larger than other 21c's we've stayed in which made for great comfort. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
The location is great for those visiting the University of Cincinnati. The atmosphere is also great, with rooms that look nothing like all the other hotels out there. The room was also very quiet.
By far one of the best Hotels ive stayed at. Very up to date with , tech and appliances, hotel room beautiful, everything is as bright and clean as it is in the pictures. will come again.
Breakfast didn't include any fruit. Yogurt or cereals. The Location had a lot of homeless people and drug addicts hanging out across street from hotel at gas station and restaurants
I loved the look and feel of the hotel. A room with a key. A room with a window that opens. A room looking like a 19th century boudoir. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
