The location for westbound travelers is very good. The mattress is very comfortable. The king size bed isa scrunched up again the wall on one side and one of the couple must either crawl up from the bottom or roll over from the other side. Neither is acceptable. The reading light was obviously put up for twin beds and the current headboard precludes moving it so that the center of the bed has both lights.

The room was laid out OK. It was god awful ugly. It is a shame the way you destroy perfectly nice countryside with enormous parking lots and ugly structures with no setting. We are lucky to have been given a beautiful and companies like yours will completely destroy any value that has. Next time I'll stay at a B&B. What is there to like?

This was actually mother/daughter situation as daughter was in the Wineglass race. We liked the location as we could get to the places we wanted to go easily. We were in town for the Wineglass Race and that was easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We like the suite and the Candlewood Cupboard had everything anyone would need. We saw several members of the housekeeping staff in the hall and they were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was very clean, the room with kitchenette was well furnished and the staff was very cordial. Pillows were a bit too hard for my taste, but others might not agree.

Check in went smoothly. Room was nice but more than we needed. Check out did not go smoothly. Overcharged our credit card. Wanted to give us a hotel credit instead a credit to our credit card. Received the credit card credit but ended up being overcharged for the room. Need to now get a credit for that.

The overall cleanliness of the place was one of the best we have ever stayed at! While we only stayed overnight, we loved the BBQ, patio area and laundry option that was available. The front desk had 3 people in the area, but seems that only of them could handle check-ins, and she was on the phone for several minutes dealing with a customer. So the wait time was a bit long. But check-out was fine.
