Welcome to the recently-refreshed Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport Hotel in Cheektowaga, NY located adjacent to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport and only 8 miles from downtown Buffalo...
Score from 58 reviews Very good
The bathtub was horrible, so dirty wouldn't even use it.
The bed was comfy and the room was spacious.
There was a used condom in my garbage and spiders in the corner of the room. But management said no refunds.
We have stayed here before and have always found friendly staff( owners) and a clean comfortable bed. That's all we expect for the price!!
The bathrooms are showing wear and tear. There is mold around the bathtubs. Could use a little update.
-great location. -clean, basic, simple but very comfortable. -ability to control the temperature in the room easily which makes it very cozy.
-front desk staff is not particularly friendly. -prices are changing constantly. You've got to watch the pricing to ensure you are getting the best price based on the value provided.
I met my husband in Buffalo as he was working there and the Inn was very convenient and affordable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay Thank you
Quiet area and had fridge/microwave in the room.
There were no pen/paper nor were any cups/glass to drink water etc.
Easy access to main roads
The room was small and 1/2 the outlets were not working. Stairs to second floor rooms were wobbly - property is in need of repair. Would not stay again
-clean, simple facility that was quite comfortable.
-no coffee maker -a bit expensive for a basic facility. -walls a paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room. -noisy highways surrounding the motel.
Burn holes in blanket and on toilet seat. Looked like a broken down apartment . We saw a better room through the window ( a couple of them) we tried to switch rooms and they wouldn't let us
Liked the location of the place and the price. Outside of building was pretty. loves the size of the bed.
the late night arrivers were really loud, room needed weather stripping around door. It was hailing out, and chilly. hated how hard the bed was
The linens had hair in them and therefore obviously weren't washed. No conditioner or hair dryer is provided. The furniture is old and falling apart. The non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The checkout time on a Sunday morning is 11 AM, with no leeway for late travelers like myself (arriving at 4:00 AM). The staff bothered me several times via telephone regarding my late arrival while I was on my way, attempting to convince me not to take the room. Upon my arrival, the staff incessantly tried to upsell me an extra night due to my late arrival. Never coming here again.
Staff was very patient & left several messages to contact us to keep our reservation as we came very late that night/morning. We know that the hotel was fully booked.
Parking space is limited.
Location was awesome
Location thsts all.
The management, we didnt care for. Not very friendly or accommodating. The rooms though clean, were run down, no toilet seat cover, and it rocked when you sat on it. There was a $50.00 deposit requested for incidentals at time of check-in, but when we called ahead to ask about hidden cost, we were told there were none, and no deposit was required. Seem like a scam!!!
toilet seat falling off -phone wire would not stay in -mold all around tile in bathroom -mattress & box spring towards entrance badly stained. -curtain falling off & we used chair to keep it closed
Mold was so bad in bathroom I had to go out and buy bleach and scrub brush. If it wasn't for the pouring rain and us on a motorcycle, I would have gone home No coffee No clock No breakfast.
we left a pair of shoes behind and they held them for us until we could retrieve
nothing. all was good
It was very close to where I had to visit.
Room was spotless.
Lack of conveniently located outlets to charge devices before travel.
It was along our route a short distance from the highway
It was old and dingy. It was a $50 hotel that cost $100
The price was good n the room was clean just needed a lil updating but good for the money
No coffee in office that's always a nice perk
The sink was block & I hate this kind of stuff..
Price discrepancy Old tired and in need of repairs in WC
-the bed springs were highly stained as were the lamp shades. The shower showed more then a litle age and a poor repair to the shower tiles. I was waiting for them to fall into the tub at any moment. It was clear that the hotel was buying the cheapest furniture that they could get their hands on. Even the drawer pulls were put on backwards.
The location and cost. The room was clean, just a little tired.
The sheets were never changed. The curtains have many missing hooks and just sag. We had to overlap them for privacy. The bath mat had many holes in it. Wi-Fi was intermittent.
