The lobby was separated and the wifi doesn't work in the rooms

You have to give a $20 deposit and their are alot of ways to lose your deposit because their is alot of rules. But there chill though.
It was in down town walking distance to all the bars in the gas lamp district
You have to walk down hallways to use bathroom.

The dirty rooms and bathroom The smell They asked me to pay an additional fee of 5$ for the credit card They asked also for a 20$ deposit !!!
Not very clean, especially the kitchen(which i didn't use, though). But hey, it's a hostel so actually lower expectations than at regular hotels.
Pingpongtable, wifi, Netflix, staff!
There is a song sung by guns and roses , it says when you have a job to do, do it well. Hostel on 3rd does this , all staff are friendly and helpful, it is clean with a good breakfast and interesting travelers. I travel to San Diego often and know the Hostels and this is 1 of 2 with good mattresses.
you'd better use other hostels.
Freezing cold, very cheap blankets, funny smell throughout the place, very poor wifi, late check-in (4pm). Not sure we got a "deal" through booking...Check prices on site first.
Location is good, helpful staff, nice lounge with boardgames, TV, dvds and books/magazines.
Give better blankets, install a heater, and increase the wifi quality
For the price that I paid, the hostel was excellent. The localization is excellent. There are a lot of stores, resataurants, pharamcies, supermarkets nearby. However, it was cold because they don't have a heater, and the blanket was awful. I had to sleep with many clothes to got warm. Another bad point is the wifi. It was almost impossible to use it. Also, it is necessary to rent a towel. Overall, I would recommend it.
freezing cold at night without enough blankets. no working wi-fi during the duration of my two day stay.
location. older building but passable for comfort if on a budget.
Even there was a good solution, the situation was unexpected and a little uncomfortable... I understand that this mistakes could be happen, I just ask more careful with those stuffs. Than you
Me and my friend arrived the hostel... For any reason they didn't have our reservation, but inmediately sorted out and gave us a private room and better prize for first night.
Wifi does not worked in my room and kitchen. I felt cold some nights even with a blanket.
Excellent location with public transportation near by, grocery stores and night life. Hostel has equipped kitchen!
- wifi mainly availible just in kitchen and lobby - squeaking/noisy (but comfortable) bed
- very friendly and helpflul staff - perfect location in the city, very close to trolley - included breakfast with pancakes - big and comfortable lounge with tv, games, pool table etc.
-Pay for towel
-Kitchen -Multiple Bathrooms -Nice Staff
But I suggest the hostel use some air fresher, it smells so bad. And have some hairs on the sheet before I live in this hostel
Love this vintage hostel ~ near to the shopping mall, close to the restaurant.
Awesome staff, pleasant atmosphere, one of the finest hostels I've ever been to.

Trolley station at 5 min walk Nice staff Quiet at night
