Everything!! I really enjoyed this experience
- Friendly & involving staff - Excellent facilities - Cleaniness - Comfort - Wireless everywhere - Lots of restrooms - Central location - Good kitchen facilities
- Breakfast could be improved, but it´s anyway fine
Completely new, perfect location, individual bath
Centrally located, neat and clean, good wifi, nice and friendly staff
a bit on the expensive side for sharing my room with 5 other people
large beds, breakfast, kind staff, very comfortable
it is expensive in comparison with similar European hostels, they have computers but charge using of them 0,1$ per minute
Almost everything was fine. I would be happier if hot water is always available in the kitchen without boiling water by using electronic range, which takes time and waste energy to do it.
Just one: The doors of the room and restroom are very heavy. In the nights, It was hard for me not to disturb other room guests.
everything was perfect
Everything! Staff were amazing, the events were fun, there were options for all. Could not place a single fault on my trip.
Loved the energy - and that they had various events arranged that you could join if you were touring the city. The breakfast was excellent - it was fun to be with the other hostellers, who came from all over the world.
I felt badly that I had travel connections that came in late - I worried that I would wake others in the shared bunkroom. No one seemed to mind, though!
awesome hostel, everything is new, beds are really confortable, lots of bathroom (very clean), huge lockers, great breakfast (waffles on Sunday !)
no free storage room
Everything. I would specially highlight the help received by Aaron, the man who is always around to gives support and guidance to the guests. He was very nice and helpful. Congratulations to the whole team for the service you offer!
Any negative point
Friendly crew Many bathrooms in each floor Very organized Great location
Bedrooms and wardrobes could be bigger.
Location very accessible by metro, clean, an nice environment
My friend would have allergies everyday at 6am but we don't know why it was being cause. We think it could have been something in the hostel. The breakfast was awful.
Breakfast! (bagel, toast, orange, oatmeal...) Individual foot bath mat Friendly and professional staffs Comfort bed and extra duvet Location Food court was at just 3min walk Excellent Wi-if connection everywhere!! and many more...
what else could I ask for?
Pleasant and helpful staff. Location good, an easy walk to Boston Common, the Theater district and Chinatown and subway not far away. Would return there.
Centric place, nice staff . The dorms clean and provide you with sheets and blankets. Breakfast included. Wify excellent. There are different spaces to relax and a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
Even if Boston is a small town and i stayed only one night, i experienced a great time at Hi bostel! Enough bathrooms , well equipped kitchen, genuine kind staffs! I definitely recommend HI HOSTEL to all low budget travellers like me!!
I had a early cheched-out at 6:30,breakfast open at 7,I was refused to go back to dining room to get hot water at 7,that is not fare
-They have daily interesting activities -location is great -easy to make friends -loads of cutlery and well organize - amusements in hostel - breakfast included - staff very helpful -bed very confortable
-The price is still a bit high for a hostel but the hostel has many positive things which justify its price -guys from next dorm were talking loud at 5am and woke me and other people from my room. After I went there talking to them everything was better but this is something Hostels cannot completely control.
Great location, very clean, lots of bathrooms per floor, great value for the price. Love that large storage, and multiple power outlet by the bed too.
Beds are ok.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Location was excellent easy walking distance to tourist hot spots or the 't'
its really quiet and good location
Boston is expensive and so is the hostel... An internet place would have been nice but Maybe I'm already old fashioned...
The location ..the reception area and wi fi...The kind and helping attitude of Guest Services Manager Ms. Johanna Salinas...She is the saving grace..exremely helpful and courteous..
Barring exceptions the atitude of staff is dry and unfriendly..the bed springs need oiling...not comfortable for a good night sleep...the stealing of items...bed sheet was not changed even in a stay of 7 days...
Location, amenities. No street noise though very central location. Very clean (and plenty) bathrooms
A bit pricey for a dorm room, but perfect location
