The beds are extremely comfortable- felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The community bathrooms are kept relatively neat.
speed of check-in speed of elevators and 'in & out' movement café next door large space for assembly lobby furniture was ok location, location, location loose guidance vs. 'breathing-down-your-neck-ism' 2 doors in different direction Chicago info (but could have been displayed better) security
furniture in our suite's 'living room' the lighting colors and textures of interiors clumsy fit of bedroom furniture bad breakfast
This was the most expensive hostel in which I've ever stayed, but it was also the nicest. Location is close to Dearborn Street subway Van Buren station and walkable to railway and bus stations to the west. Plenty of room in the rooms and public spaces. Price high for a hostel but good value for money for facility and Chicago prices.
No breakfast meat.
Very close to city centre perfect place for meeting people
Great location, spacious and clean rooms, laundry and kitchen facilities, free breakfast, friendly staff
Washrooms could have been cleaned more often, weak WiFi connection on the upper floors.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hostel staff was professional, knowledgable and friendly.I rented a bed in room 508.The design and amenities were well appointed and functional.I would stay at the hostel on my next visit to Chicago.Jimmy, Ho Chi Minh City
close to subway blue line in case you need to make a run for the airport, close to museums and parks, accessible, clean , efficient, nice staff.
Very good rooms. Good cont. breakfast. Staff works hard to keep the kitchen and dining very nice. Guests should be ENCOURAGED to clean up kitchen.
Very noisy outside--Chicago.
The price, location, cleanliness, quiet rooms. Good place to stay cheap.
The ladder to the upper bunk is very slick and hard to climb. There was no meat offered for breakfast, just cereal and pastries, good, but still no protein.
i liked the location a lot. I had looked at hotels in the area and because there were conferences going on the week I was there the hotels were really expensive. The hostel was really good value for money ...and there was a free breakfast. The staff could not have been nicer!
probably just having to share a room a with 7 others- a little noisy- and being on the top bunk but it wasn't so bad and the bed was pretty comfortable.
It was right in the centre of the city, rooms were spacious.
The shower drain was covered in hair when we arrived. Put me off using the facilities.
Bfast was included, bathrooms never busy, good location
Beds really creaky, thin mattress, seems to attract a lot of young travellers who show little consideration to hostel rules regarding noise and lights, bedside lamps are a joke they light up the entire room. Next time will pay a bit more for own room and get a decent nights sleep.
Great value Top Location Breakfast provided
The staff is super nice, you can't beat the location. They'll let you store your bags in the outside area lockers when getting too early for check in or after check out which is really useful and they have great recommendations on what to do around the city on the billboards in each floor.
Few showers and restrooms, it got really cramped in the mornings.
The People are sooo Nice Friendly polite and helpful. The location from The hostel is great....so central and you can reach so many cool places in soon time by walking.
It was sometimes hard to share the less showers with all the girls. So maybe some more showers in the bathrooms would be nice. The breakfast food is really easy and unspecial. Would be cool not to have every single morning the same food items. It would be cool to have possibilities to pluck the cell phones while you sleep in the top of a bed.
Breakfast, furniture, location
10-bed female dorm was spacious with lockers, location was great
Female bathroom needed more upkeep, bed was assigned to me so I got a top bunk
The offers for free or cheap attractions. It sounded like a good offer.
When it comes to wifi I had 400 error problem on Windows phone . I had to go for DQ wifi
THe woman's bathroom floor was awful. someone with really long hair brushed it while stilling on the toilet several nights in a row.
They have many facilities that you can enjoy during your stay.
Posters and other announcements about the importance of recycling and sustainability
Where were the recycling bins???? I was a little shocked to have an aluminum can in hand, but no recycling container to put it in. Come on, people, practice what you preach!!
