I really liked this hostel. WiFi was great and everything was really clean. There was this really nice man, juanito!
Elevator was really slow
Very good staff. Everything perfect. Nice people and plenty of activities.
Nothing, everything perfect.
WELL I LIKED everything
Breakfast Price Quiet
Some guests are messy Internet speed is not fast
Location, staff, visitors, access cleanliness, amenities, atmosphere
I was in a room on the street side - blinds did not block out the light, someone was yelling outside half the night; and the mattress was very minimal.
Evrything about HI washington is awesome. Its very conducive to meeting new people. The free breaksfast was great. Its walkable to all major sites. The 10 bed dormitory is clean, comfortable, has a locker ( although you should bring your own lock), the bathroom has free shower gel. The staff is uber friendly
The toilet door is small that there is a space were people can you see when you take a dump
One toilet was out of order and there was only one toilet working...
nice bedroom nice bathroom good continental breakfast good price
no drinking inside hostel, not even beer air conditioning not enough
Ventilation AC making too much noise one of the day
Good location, free bananas in the lobby, great WiFi, not far from bus stops, basic but very good free breakfast, really nice shared kitchen/cantine
Although I hate the AC in the US, it was quite hot in the dorm room during the night.
The kitchen facilities were excellent and location was close to all the musems and monuments. Staff are really friendly and helpful
The matress was average to soft, hard to sleep on. The elevator was really slow found it quicker to use the stairs. I also didn't like the no alcohol policy, not saying I wanted to get drunk and silly but it would have been nice to sit back and enjoy few froffies with other travelers at the hostel.
the location, the atmosphere, the price, clean, safe
the tour, just lead people to the club, not really for visiting
Community mindedneas and social atmosphere of the hostel. Breakfast was great
- Loved the price - The location was superb - Great selection of vending machines - Wifi was on point pretty much at all times!
- Room layouts were strange and overly private meaning a lot of conversations were not easily started. - Bathrooms are depressing - second floor kitchen area feels formal and odd
I got what I expected no dissapointments
Zip Zero Zilch
clean easy to talk to people very good breakfast for hostel, it's almost like hotel very friendly staffs
Number of beds per room. 10 beds its too much.
The staff members were awesome when it came to customer service and making sure that our needs were met and the outside visitor were nice and polite.
• breakfast! bagel and creamcheese is my all time favourite :) • it's not far from Washington DC landmark, walking distance.
crowded - but that still fine, just little busy in the breakfast time
Stuffs are very kind. I stayed 10beds room, it was quiet and sefety. It located near by Central St. and Mall area.
At night the next bed turned on light, I couldn't sleep well. I should turn off...
Its proximity to National Mall makes it ideal location to stay. Moreover, it is easily accessible using metro/subway.
There is only one elevator which is too slow.
Simple and basic for a few night stay in DC
The lift was terribly small and slow.
I like the fact that the receptionist wasted no time to free up the locker which was reserved with my bed. Apparently, when I checked in, I discovered that someone has his bag inside my locker and keyed. The receptionist wasted no time to break the key and she freed up space for me to hoard my luggage. The breakfast was good too.
People had to wash their own dishes after 9:00am; it sucks. How well these dishes are cleaned by these eaters is questionable. I suggest you shut the door to the pantry and that's it.
