Our room smelled musty, tiles were broken in the bathroom, the shower was dirty, and the room was muggy so we had to keep the air conditioner on even though it was 29 outside.
Katie was not helpful, she needs more training on customer service.
We should have gotten our AAA discount but on day 3, we got the bill and it had not been applied, Katie would not adjust it. We did get day 4 at a discount, though.
We also pre-checked in at 11 am so the room would be ready when my elderly parents arived. When we got there at 8 pm, Katie made us wait while she went over everything one more time, my elderly parents were cold and exhausted, I tried explaining that we had already checked in but she would not even let them go sit down. Also, I asked Sean to put a note on the computer so my parents did not recieve a bill, they got one anyways. I took it to the front desk and Katie said the note was overlooked, sorry.
The bed was comfortable
The pool was close
Towels were easyily replaced.
Sean was thorough.
My mom forgot toothpaste and the front desk gave her some.
