Score from 49 reviews Fabulous
Comfy bed. Good locale to downtwn. Close to OSU shuttle pickup .
Room too tight with 2 queens. No coffee pot in rm. Basebrd heater falling off wall shows lack of interest in repairing.
location by the river and easy access to all Corvalis has to offer
Wifi was inconsistent and did not work most of the time while staying overnight
price, location, fridge & micro in room
Very noisy at night. Not the cleanest. I got the sense that whoever owns the place is not providing the funds/direction necessary to keep the place maintained properly. Either that, or it has not been staffed properly or it is being mismanaged. With some attention to detail it could be a lot better!
Absolutely nothing caused more stress then feel needed
Mgr unwilling to see standards or give me other room
Was nice stay and very quiet.... Manager was very friendly and helpful...
Close access to a bar and restaurant.
The West is in a drought and the tub faucet leaked a good gallon a minute. Poor and cheap maintenance, when there was any, was very obvious. While the river was close by it could not be seen from this motel's location.
Staff was polite, location was great, near downtown restaurants and bars.
Room time-worn and smelly, but basically clean
It was good place to stay for the price.
The price was fair
Dirty stairway going to room, we felt that maybe the main comforter, and sheets, were not changed. Also need to put in vending machines, thats almost keeping us from renting again.
Nice Front Desk clerk upon check in
Very poor quality. The parking lot had homeless people hanging out, the first room offered over looked the restsurant next doors dumpsters, the beds were bad, the towels thin, the TV remote didn't work, the air conditioner was LOUD, the bathroom door stuck shut and loud when you opened it, continental breakfast was a waste. Your photos DO NOT MATCH the rooms. The photos are False advertising. Major work needed on this place. Not at all up to the Roadway Inn name.
Rooms very clean, good for the money.
No elevator so you will need to haul luggage up steps. Need to get a little ironing board and iron from front desk. If you want to do laundry you need to get card from front desk. Do not leave laundry there while being done because you will find some of your clothes in the hallway and by the steps with the door proped open for anyone to use. What is the purpose of a key?? Managers are rude. For a continental breakfast you are lucky to have a little debbie and a couch to sit on so the managers can watch you eat. Air conditioning kept going out, tub did not like to drain, doors to the outdoors proped open so anyone can enter. Could not find a decent channel to watch, unless you wanted sports then you got it. The internet is shut off during the evening and sometimes during the day.
location. Close to down town, the river walk and my son's house.
Awfully basic. Didn't even have coffee in the room. The airconditioner had one speed, even when turned the nob to a lower speed, it remained the same. The airconditioner's fan was VERY loud. Towels were very thin
I liked the location.
The inside of the room was in need of TLC. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpets were not clean. The walls had been patched. I am glad I only had to stay one night there! I initially booked it for the low price but after staying there the price should have been lower!
Central location, very clean, staff very helpful and professional
Décor was kind of old and outdated
When we checked in the guy was very rdue and didn't want to answer any of our questions about the area. The first room we got the old tv didn't work so we had to switch rooms and the owner was rude about it, he told us to make sure we turn off all the lights and lock the door. The tv in the second room also and old box tv would turn off periodically and wouldn't turn back on. The ac was very old and smelled the bathroom vent squealed so we couldn't use it. There is a bar that shares the same parking lot and a bunch of homeless people hang out and drink all night u can hear them thru the window. We stayed for 3 days we asked for clean towels it seemed like we were more of a burden to them then customers. There breakfast is sunny d and toast. The bed sheets looked old and stained we didn't dare sleep in the covers. And when we checked out the owner took the key and turned around no thank you or anything. they are very unfriendly even when we would try to conversate with them they would bearly speak to us.
Location wasn't bad
Shabby room. Wallpaper was terrible and did NOT match curtains and bedspread. No in-room coffee. Poor breakfast
Walkable to good eateries; close to dog walking area and river; clean and quiet; parking right in front of room.
Breakfast should start at 6am. Would be nice if there was a flat pet fee instead of a per pet fee. They would not honor AAA discount because I booked through booking.com.
Location. Able to walk instead of drive.
Unlocked outside doors (often wide open) that would allow anyone to wander through the building day or night. Even in locations with less potential crime concerns, it's standard procedure to have outside doors accessed by guest keys. Room was clean, but common areas were dirty and unkempt.
Location was great. Room was clean. Wifi was good
Skimpy pillows. We didn't even bother with the free b'fest. I think they should forget it. They don't have the facilities to accommodate it.
No security- transients entering the building to fill their shopping bags with free ice and leaving puddles of water on the floor (slip hazard). Cheezy bar with lots of drama all night right outside the window. Very creepy area. Continental breakfast was "little debbie cakes" in plastic with horrid coffee
Would like breakfast available earlier. Couldn't find any at 6:30
location to downtown free parking staff professional
WIFI was spotty
Good central location in Corvallis, OR
Poor breakfast choices. No battery in TV controller, could not change channel without walking up to TV. Face plate on electrical outlet not attached. Strange conditions at hotel in quality of rooms.
Good location, quiet, and located next to the River!!
