the location of the hotel was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. we were able to cook our meals there instead of eating out. the room was really big enough so i didnt feel like i was trapped. and the employees were so very nice !!!!
after a couple if days there we started to notice baby roaches in the bathroom area and kitchen area.
The hard boiled eggs for breakfast were real treat for me, as I try to stay away from carbohydrates. None of other 6 hotels we stayed in during this trip served eggs, and have nothing else but variety of carbohydrates for Breakfast, which is very disappointing. I also liked the Irish cream with coffee, apples and bananas.
TV remote does not have option to view detailed Info for movies.
Location was a little farther from downtown than we expected but not bad good part was the fact it was close to Resturants
First room given had roaches.
Everything was wonderful.
No dishes or paper products.
One of the best places I've stayed in the States. Staff, room, price was all well above expected.
location was great, nice to have a kitchen, and was very affordable
staff was not very professional, my stove didnt work so I had to cook dinner in a different room, they were out of shampoo and conditioner
Convienent to go back to 95 North, the hotel was very clean, and a great location, the front desk staff was helpful
The beds were not comfortable, they were a bit hard to me, which made me not sleep that well.
Fleas, scrappy employees, ac not working in common areas, pubic hair on bedside table.
Same as above.
Towels were hard and stiff...no cups in room...the kitchen set up had to be requested...then they ran out of them.
Isis, the lady at the front desk, was pleasant to speak to.
terrible odor in rooms, halls and especially in elevator. Although there were no-smoking signs everywhere, there were often a group of people that congregated around the entrance to smoke. Paper-thin walls. Noise from rooms on either side was very audible. Noise from outside (Storage facility with people fixing cars in parking lot) was also hard to ignore. Poor quality kitchen utensils, no coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, dish soap or paper towels available. There was only one person at the front desk and although she was great, there was a line of inpatient people waiting to check in and out of the place.
Having to get your own clean towels
We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm. There was one couple in front of us checking in. We waited in line for maybe 20 minutes before our turn. When we were checking in the front desk clerk informed us that all the rooms that were empty were dirty. Well she blamed it on a gliche on the computer. She told us to hold on and she wrote down 3 room numbers on a piece of paper and went to check those 3 rooms to make sure they were clean. It took her over 20 minutes to check those 3 rooms. She finally came back, apologized for the wait and told us that our room was clean. Well the room she put us in was not even one of the rooms she wrote on her piece of paper to check on. Me and my girlfriend went to our room and we immediately checked the sheets. The sheets were disgusting! Full of curly hairs!!! The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned in months, the carpet was not vacuumed, the smell was unbearable. We went back downstairs to get put in another room. By this time the front desk clerks had switched shifts and another lady assisted us. She asked what was wrong with the room, informed us that the original room we were in was clean and then proceeded to roll her eyes at us. We finally got put into another room and it had issues also. Don't plug in a straightner or a hair dryer because your lights won't come on! There are hardly any outlet plugs in the room also. We looked at the sheets on the bed in this room and there was a yellow stain on the top of both beds. Luckily we brought plenty of beach towels and covered the sheets with our towels and slept on top of the towels! I will never stay at the hotel again. Don't let the outside appearance fool you!
room NOT CLEAN DOG HAIR IN BED MILDEW IN TOILET CARPET had STAINS TRASH under BED OUTSIDE OF FRIDGE NOT CLEAN
Wifi connection was good. Location was within a mile of Hunter Army Airfield.
The hallways were sooo hot. Breakfast is a joke. They have gross coffee & muffins.
No pool nothing to do there.we was there for 2days I guess it for people that are staying for longer time it is good for them
Will stay there again
The kitchen tools had to be requested...even glasses....those should be kept in the room for the guest convenience....we did even bother to use the kitchen area....
Convenience to downtown.
Room smelled, dirty room, shower, tub, and sink. From now on I will be asking to see the room before I'm charged for it!
Very Clean Modern and stylish 5 min ride from Historic Savannah Friendly staff
Location: must make an awkward U-turn to get on road to Historic Savannah.
The facilities were good and the location was excellent. The location was excellent. It was very close to the malls, Wall Mart, the grocery store and places to eat. It is not to far from Tybee Island or Historic Savannah.
While in the room there were other people there that made a lot of noise during sleeping hours. My wife called to complain, but the noise continued into the next night. It sounded like people were running and jumping around in the room.
A lot of noise???????
They didn't have a pool
Everything. I mean everything.
