My two friends and I loved this Hampton! It was beautiful; clean; quiet and cosy. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast area was comfortable and there were lots of good food choices hot and cold.
I spent 8 nights. Everyone there were great and did their job in the beat way. Thanks
The room was nice and clean.
I ordered a suite with a King sized bed and a spa tub. When I got there, they had a double queen room booked and to awhile to find a king room. It didn't have the spa tub nor was it a suite.
Very clean, Staff very welcoming. Highly recommenced
Staff was helpful and rooms were clean.
Hot tub didn't work and the room key wouldn't open the door. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub is very disappointing.
The hotel room we had was recently renovated and had been refurnished. We were asked if we wanted one or two beds in the room and given a king room for the price we had booked a queen.
Carpet had some staples left behind from renovating and did not appear to have been vacuumed. Hot breakfast was just a continental breakfast with a waffle maker.
Friendly helpful staff. Free breckfast.
Wasn't told about hotel being under construction at time of booking. Rooms were in need of updating. Sinks were cracked, stains on carpet & walls. Bedspread was rinkeled, blow dryer not working etc.
staff was very good bed amazing shower very nice breakfast for free very good
cannot be controlled but stains on carpet , smell in room maybe from construction
We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were large. We would stay there again.
They were in the middle of a renovation, and the first morning workers were outside our window with jackhammers! We were only told the pool was being renovated, not the whole hotel! Workers were walking through the hotel hallways and elevators with carts leaving dust on the carpets.
Wasn't too impressed with breakfast goods
Everything offered :)
The staff and the management were very helpful and professional. We had encountered a little problem but was handled right away to our satisfaction.
They are going thru management change. The hotel will change names and will be totally renovated. This will be a much needed improvement.
It was dirty and old .
Location and Price.
First room needed to be cleaned better but 2nd room was good. Needs updating.
Run down room Worn out sagging bed Low quality plumbing in shower
All was good
Air conditioner leaked...My suitcase got wet...The manager said next time he'd provide a discount...No big deal...but a nice jesture insuring another stay to your hotel...Thank you
Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Workers worked and still had smiles and were willing to go the "extra" mile. If at Auburn Hills again, I would consider this hotel very strongly!
There was no place to sit outside as a non-smoker. Patio outside by pool only, hours were regulated and not accesible unless during swim hours. I like to have coffee and use cell phone outside but had to share with smokers.
everything. Young gentleman who checked us in was very helpful for recommending dining places. Also, was very convenient to have a late checkout due to an activity
