Can't think of anything
The room was dirty, I didn't even want to touch anything. You have to check out you kitchen items. Even a coffee pot
It was no better and more expensive than a regular motel that provides maid service and a nice breakfast which was not an option here. There was one recliner that was not comfortable. The kitchen had appliances but there was no way to actually prepare a meal. there but there was no way I could have cooked a meal with what was provided. We still had the cost of eating out.
beds very unconfortable, no pots and pans in room maid service extra
it was a group of us who are going to the Muckleshoot casino and needs a place to crash for the night. It had an easy access for the freeway it was convenient for what we were doing.
Front desk rep said "we have breakfast available in the morning" & pointed to a very small table in the tiny lobby. We have muffins, fruit (aka apples), and granola bars. "Something to grab & go." Huh? This is NOT a feature. For $123, I expected much more. The television selection was terrible, perhaps 20 channels. The 2 Showtime channels had movies I"ve never heard of. The lobby was tiny. Definitely Not on par with Residence Inns. Where I came off the freeway, there was no sign on the building. Since it was in a commercial area, I decided it must be the place. There is a sign.. on the other side of the building. I asked for a refund and left.
It was clean.Room was spacious. Air conditioner worked well. Fairly quiet- didn't hear other rooms. Reasonably priced.
TV didn't work 1st day ever. The refrigerator did not keep things cold. We did not feel confident about leaving perishable food in it so ate out instead of our original plans to cook in room. Would've liked additional toiletries. Didn't expect to need to go buy shampoo. We had made reservations well in advance and requested a smoking room but when we got there had no smoking room with no smoking rooms available.
Loved having the kitchenette
The room above us was very loud. We complained with no help. The toilet in our room would not flush. Thought it may be clogged but no, just wouldn't flush.
The easy access to major highways and consequently any of the area's cities was great. The room was amazingly quiet and we were very comfortable. We will stay here again in August.
I had no complaints except for the lack of kitchen items. We were staying for 10 days, so Fred Myers became our supplier of utensils and cookware. I refuse to be less than comfortable in the kitchen. I always travel with some good knives and an omelet pan - now I'll travel with a complete though limited kitchen.
No laundry soap or other toiletries available to purchase. Apparently the shipment had not yet arrived. Poor planning for a holiday weekend.
the wi-fi was excellant
the room stunk and burn holes in the bedding" we did not want a smoking room and they would NOT do a thing for us
Room was nice with a small kitchen.
The charge for pets is outrageous. I've traveled a lot and never had to pay $25.00 extra per day for a pet. The room rate was good at $69 so the dog cost about 1/3 of the room. This pushed the rate to almost $100.00.
The only reason why I liked this hotel was because of the employees. They were very professional and kind.
There were many things wrong with this hotel. First lets start with the cleanliness, it's absolutely unacceptable to charge close to $100 for a room that looks like it belongs in a run down motel. The carpet in the room and throughout the hotel were dingy. The first room we were in had cigarette burns on the comforter, why in the world would you still use that comforter?! The front desk was professional enough to put us in another room. From first glance, it was a little better. Then I pulled back the comforter and guess what I found on the blanket? Yes, more cigarette burns. The bathroom was disgusting, I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. Both rooms I was in smelled like someone stayed in there for days and smoked non stop. So much for getting a non-smoke room. There were other mysterious smells in the hallway and in the elevator. I couldn't check out of the hotel fast enough. In regards to the location, I am new to WA, I knew nothing about Kent. When I arrived I realized I was probably in the ghetto part of Kent. It wasn't as Detroit ghetto, but give it a few years and I think it'll get there. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a shame that management doesn't care enough to provide customers with a clean hotel. The staff can only do so much, know what I mean?
Beds are comfortable. Location is great. Staff very professional. Kitchen is adequate
Some traffic noise depending on which side of the bldg your on.
bed was not comfortable
This place was very dirty. Prostitutes standing in parking lot. People walking the halls at 330 in morning doing who knows what.
