The staff was great.
Keys did not work reliably. Breakfast varied in quality, some days eggs and bacon available some days not.
Convenient to hospital where we were visiting ailing family member, (but farther from downtown core). Staff was friendly.
location and prices
The key to my room was messed up to the extent that it needed replacement . But nothing was done.I could have been assigned a different room. The pillow needs to be at least a standard size. They were very small.
WIFI was out this time and staff didn't seem to know where the equipment was. Its usually a simple reset to correct so couldn't understand why it wasn't addressed.
Its an older place but well maintained and very clean. Its close to the campus so very accessible. Staff is very nice. Pricing is very competitive. Have stayed here before and will continue in the future unless the wifi continues to be a problem.
Bathroom tub area needed updating.
Location, staff very helpful, enjoyed everything about Pullman and the Quality Inn.
Staff were very friendly and kind. Although the building was old, it has been renovated and kept clean. Both free breakfast and shattle-bus were excellent.
I knew the price was more for game day,but not for the night before. 2 night stay was required and yet the hotel did not seem busy. It made me wonder if our billing was correct
Convenient, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Very close to campus with a staff that always makes us feel welcome and taken care of, rooms are fine and have fridge and microwave.
The bathroom was a little out dated, but not too bad as far as cleanliness. The towels were too thin for my liking. And the wifi connection was not good!!! It really needs to improvement.
The location was the best. The cleanliness was up to par for my standards. It was quite comfortable overall. I would definitely stay again.
Very good breakfast.
The rate they charged me was higher than what you quoted
The room smelled a little smokey and the air conditioner didn't cool the room well.
The biscuits, gravy and eggs for breakfast was delicious! The staff is great.
It's a 2 story building, but there is no elevator. If you are injured or disabled, be sure to advise them that you need a first floor room when you book (I had to hobble upstairs since we checked in late and they were full). We also didn't see any handicapped parking. The alarm went off at 5:35 on Sat morning. The cleaning staff should routinely check clocks to be sure alarms are OFF after guests check out. An inconsiderate guest on my floor left their dog alone and it barked for at least an hour straight. Get a kennel, people, it is less cruel! Someone else decided to pull the fire alarm, which blasted for almost 30 minutes. These are not the hotel's fault, and hopefully rarities, but were annoyances none the less.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast (included), clean room, nice lobby, only a mile or so from WSU/downtown Pullman.
The internet connection was very spotty at times. The pool was really cold.
We enjoyed the staff, the room was nice and clean, and the location was good. Having a full breakfast was a nice surprise.
motel is older, but clean. Air conditioning was very loud.
comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast
Room had a weird smell to it
The close proximity to the college
The hot tub seemed kind of old and dirty, but the water was clean and hot and it felt great! The pool was not filled even though it was really hot in Pullman/Moscow as I was there in mid-May.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the beds were nice. The shower was hot and had great pressure and a nice shower head. They were very pet friendly and there is a beautiful walking path right behind the motel.
The hot tub was dirty looking, and the jets were poor. The bath tub in our room was clogged.
The lobby was nice, and the dining area was nice.
