Great location, near my friends house and shopping.
Upon check in, the man checking in my husband said 'hold on, let me check on something' and ran down the hallway. My husband was patient, and after he got checked in something told him to go check on the room before bringing myself and our children in. As he walked into the room, it smelled bad and a woman was in our room!!! She had a purse on her shoulder walking out the room and told my husband, 'i was just checking everything for you' and walked out. My husband went to the front desk because t made him uncomfortable, and the man quickly said, 'it was housekeeping'. Mind you, we checked in at 10pm!! After getting into our room, our daughter handed her daddy a piece of broken glass off the floor! My husband was furious about this piece of dirty glass, and brought it to the man at the front desk. He apologized and gave us an upgraded king room. The king room was nice, smelled fresh and clean and was instantly comfortable! There was a lot of noise, like partying in the hallways, our kids aren't light sleepers and couldn't sleep through the noise, even with the tv on. My husband tried going to get dishes from the front desk twice, absolutely no workers were around to help. But there was a lot of traffic in the lobby drinking alcohol comfortably.
it was a decent price and location
the toilet did not flush properly, and the bathroom was not very clean overall. I did not feel healthy when staying there
Working WiFi Flat Screen TV
TVs Great if you like ESPN WiFi is slow (Better Than Dial-up) No Ice in trays (So no ice until morning) No Ice Machine
That is was near the mall, some restaurants.
It was a non-smoking room but the stink of smoking was prevalent.
Location, room, bed and other facilities were all very acceptable
Staff was surly when we arrived.
Great location/rooms, good rates and friendly staff.
wi-fi a little bit slow sometimes. pretty thin walls…if you have a little bit noisy people in the next room, you probably gonna hear them talk all the time.
Everthing was very accommodating. I would stay here again. It was conveniently located to eateries, grocery stores and freeways.
I think the breakfast menu could be improved upon.
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
This motel was hard to get to even with GPS: The bed was as hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on box springs. We both have bad backs and pain woke us up. We had to ask for utensils at the front desk. Pots and pans cost extra. The wifi was slow, like off a telephone connection. You can pay extra for speedy wifi, up to $20. The enclosed staircase smelled like a sewer when we walked through it. There were a lot of "hidden" charges. We had stayed in an extended stay in colorado that was fine and was disappointed with this one.
Poor bed's. No amenities.
The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. When the kitchen utensils arrived, they were clean, new and well arranged.
Needing to request simple utensils like spoons and cups seem quirky when you have a kitchen. The person who check me in was training and the process took a very long time! People smoked just below our window, so there was noticeable conversation all day and late at night.
Clean rooms, staff easy to get a hold of, grab and go breakfast helps with early morning departures. Free wifi was nice, as well as the desk to set a computer on.
Wifi was slow, couldn't even watch videos that well - unless you were willing to pay. Only shampoo is given (albeit "conditioning shampoo") and being a girl I like to have conditioner as well. And there is no oven, which I expected a full kitchen to have. No plates or silverware are in the kitchen so you have to ask...tv stopped working the last night of my stay and never got fixed which made for a rather boring night.
Great location to what we were interested in. Loved having a kitchen and comfortable chair to put our legs up. Loved the idea of having a fully equipped kitchen (even though you had to make arrangements to have the pots, pans, plates, glasses and silverware delivered to the room).
The king bed was like sitting on a leather couch; every time one of us turned it woke up the other person. It also was not comfortable; had a back ache the next morning. The walls were thin enough to hear our neighbors talking and getting up during the night. Told the clerk and her comment was that no one else has complained about the bed sound and squeaky bathroom door. That was degrading and not appreciated.
bed is too small, facilities look old
Proximity to main road
Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we asked for non smoking Kitchen & bathroom cupboard was water damaged There was a constant base music thumping through our room, though it was not in the hallway so am not sure if the music was travelling from the floor below. Both afternoon & following morning Reception staff were not helpful at all another long stay resident helped us with our enquiries,
microwave refrigerator stove desk wifi alarm clock reclining chair
bed too hard no showtime or hbo basic tub need better breakfast items for price
I was able to get fresh towels whenever I wanted. Room was clean
No service of the room, room had a strange odor. Limited supplies on kitchen
That we finally got to a hotel 2 hrs after our initial arrival time. The second hotel we stayed at was also a Stay america, comfortable bed, clean room, kitchen would have been nice to use if we had needed to. This is more then a one night hotel, and for sure if you want to capitalize on the price you better count on saving on the eating bills, and use the kitchen.
Most of my complaint is with the staff very unaware, and unable to find a suitable solution. Our room was not held and we were basically just sent off to find another hotel, even though I asked to have the front desk call and see where the nearest hotel of this chain was and if they had any rooms left. We did end up staying at the a Stay America in Bothell Wash. Was a nice improvement over the one in Everett. Thanks to the Hampton hotel in Everett for finding that one for us! (they were full) Overall I wouldn't stay here again just because I'd expect more from the staff, for the price you pay.
Friendly staff, close to freeway, very comfortable bed.
The small kitchen facility in the room
Should have had 2 queen size beds instead of the 2 twins
location was convenient as we arrived in Everett late in the evening and I had an early morning professional exam to take at a location just down the street. Price was great.
Very very thin walls. The guy next door was talking and laughing until past 3am. We could hear it clearly, even with ear plugs!! It was terribly annoying. Don't stay here if you need a good quality sleep, as I did, you will be disappointed. Other options in Everett may not be much better though.
Just a good clean place to get away for the weekend. Would strangers again for sure.
Hotel room based on booking confirmation was $64.99 & I was asked to pay $84.99. No sure how you are doing business
View from room was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the value for the price was reasonable. Close to lots of restaurants and shops and freeway access.
Bed and pillows were very firm. Laundry was expensive compared to other places I've stayed. Walls are a bit thin.
The location was good. Large parking lot and staff were flexible in allowing us to leave our trailer there for the day while we ran out shopping. Nice to have a full fridge and kitchen in the room.
Lacking some typical hotel amenities like a hair dryer in the room. Our bathroom had lots of dirty stains on the wall behind the door, likely where the maid had not looked while cleaning, but the staff was apologetic when told on our departure. I'm sure they would have fixed the situation if we had informed them earlier, so that was good. Bed was unusually poor. My husband rarely negatively comments on anything, but mentioned how bad it was. Hard and swaying all over when either of us rolled over in bed.
The bed sucked and the tv channels sucked too
