The room was very clean!
The breakfast "grab and go" was not very impressive, specially the tea collection was very poor. Only 1 kind of tea was offered which was black tea. I would like to have a choice of herbal teas.
That it had a kitchen and comfortable bed.
Had to ask for EVERYTHING that usually suppose to be in the room (i.e., hairdryer, iron, basic kitchen equipment, no dish soap, sponge etc). Bed had a thin blanket first night we were cold and the front desk asked us to come down thirty minutes after midnight. Poor communication between front staff etc etc. Frustrating!
The room was clean and there was a fridge and a microwave.
There was nothing in the room that could be used - no glasses, no plates, no coffee maker, nothing. You have to "request" everything from the front desk. Since I had stayed there before less than 2 years ago, I at least expected a hairdryer… nope. you have to request that too. I could have stayed at a Marriott for about the same price. I wish I had.
Receotionist was very attentive.
Location wasn't great since I am on crutches n not much in food places close by.
room was clean and neat
No hair dryer No coffee in room (or pot) No instructions for TV We don"t consider "Grab & Go" coffee and muffin as breakfast. Was advertised as Breakfast included.
a little pricey for a no-frills hotel.
Close to many restaurants in the area.
Staff was rude and unkind. Rooms smelled of smoke passing through. When asking to speak with the manager, he would not not come to the front, and just let his poor guest service agent take any heat that anyone had to offer. I currently work at a 4.5 star hotel, and the service my girlfriend and I received while staying at this hotel was absolutely appalling. Would not recommend this to anyone in the area! Find somewhere else, and spend a little extra money. You won't regret it!
Fresh air; windows open in the hallways for circulation.
The sheets did not look fresh and there were black hairs on it.I was going to ask for new ones and let it slide. This AM, two days later, I have bed bug bites all over my lateral hip region. It is 4:30 AM now and I should be sleeping, but the itch woke me up.I am going to ask for a refund.I stayed in room 210,but they have to be every where by now.
Bedroom and linens were clean.
kitchen pipe and under counter area visible from bed area. Refrigerator did not work; medicine and food spoiled and needed replacement . Was told it would be two days until repaired. Planned a one week stay, had t move out after one day. Common areas needed major vacuuming and cleaning.
great central location and well appointed room
terrible lighting in the room
The complimentary breakfast was poor almost non existent. In today's society many people drink decaf coffee, non was provided, only Sanka. The rolls and fruit were extremely limited and on Saturday there were none. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, but the amenities in a location such as Danville, California was extremely disappointing.
About the only thing I can comment positively on was the side chair...it was very comfortable.
Walking into the lobby and looking straight into the laundry facility was an immediate indication that this was a substandard hotel. The check-in clerk was rude (my need to check in disrupted his idle time), my air conditioner did not work and he told me I would just have to open the window for the night (I was unfortunately on a ground floor room, as he well knew, so that was not an option) - kitchen counter was not clean when I got to the room; I was not informed that they only clean the rooms every 7 days. The "breakfast" was a joke - why bother. I have just joined a new company and will be traveling to this office frequently but alerted the travel team to not book this hotel again given the conditions.
