Everything about this place was nice. The environment the cerdiace staff as well and the luxury rooms.

Interenet was going in and out but if you pluged it in no problem.

Everything was really good, spacious clean suites with all facilities in a nice location, I do recommend it.

Just the problem was WIFI, poor coverage and slow.

Remodeling.

It's not a room ..it's enormous, about 900 sq, ft. an efficiency: kitchenette, dining area living room ,bedroom etc...very clean, lacking a bit of furniture for the space but for a 100.$ it's a bargain. well located among other hotels and a complimentary hot breakfast...we stayed 2 nights.

Only stayed here one night. When we arrived place was in total scaffold which we were not advised of. Night Receptionist was rude & arrogant. Had problem with one toilet and then got moved to another unit. Very disappointed with the attitude we were given through no fault of ours. Plus side was there was a coin operated laundry. Had to get change for laundry from our night receptionist who tried to make me feel bad that I was taking all her change as this was all she had for the weekend but said she would have to get some more change before she got into work tomorrow ... I would say she needs to be more organised. We do holiday rentals so know how it works .. the day guy was quite friendly & helpful. Breakfast is included but basic but actually fine. Hot food = scrambled eggs & sausages. The Hotel is in the process of doing up their rooms .. our room had been done up and was quite nice. Ate at the steak place at the hotel 2 doors down ... it was reasonably priced & very nice.

Un desastre!!!!, Estaban cambiando el piso de la recepcion, pintando, todo lleno de polvo, el desyuno desastroso, en un lugar espantoso, el primer dia no entrabamos porque creiamos que era un sitio de servicio del personal del hotel, escaso, malo desde donde lo mire, La habitacion bien, la vajilla escasa. El ascensor no andaba buena parte del tiempo, de 3 dias, 2 no tuvimos internet. No volveria nunca mas!!!

Big space in the suites

When we arrived the hotel was being refurbished and the spa was closed. We had booked a suite to save money on meals out and as it is easier with our baby daughter, however the stove (electric rings) in our room didn't work. Neither did the shower which shuddered and made a horrendous noise emitting hardly any water. We complained, but they didn't have another room with a king bed to move us to. Twice someone tried to fix the stove, but it still didn't work. Eventually we were moved next door; the shower in the new room was fine, but only one of the rings on the stove worked and the dishwasher didn't work. The location is awful and the spa was closed because of the renovations. The staff were not all friendly or helpful. We certainly would not stay here again.
