Score from 46 reviews Wonderful
We liked our entire stay.Their breakfast was excellent.Really enjoyed our room, nice furnishings.
When ever anyone was outside our ground floor room, it was as if they were in our room. There was not a working coffee maker in our room, even after we call or talked to front desk more than 3x"s.
Beds were great, good price, nice pool, great bfast
No rEfrigerator in room, hot tub broken, Internet didn't work
The price seemed reasonable until we saw and smelled the hallway and our room. then we felt like we were overpaying. The breakfast area was quite nice and the food was okay.
The décor was dark and dingy and tacky. The whole place (except the lobby and breakfast area) had an unpleasant odour.
enthusiastic staff, good breakfast
the keys didn't work
Breakfast- comfortable bed
Mold in bathroom -quality of parking - many issues went to manager over both of these. Told me new staff and nanagement
Clean newly remodeled rooms and friendly staff
I stayed here a few months ago everything was good except the left side of the king Matteress was broken down really bad! I was traveling alone so slept on the other side, my most receient stay I was traveling with friends and thier room had the same problem only th opposite side. Mine was fine. I think it's time to replace some matteress,s
Everything was great
Speedy checkin and online booking
Needs a remodel. Smells old, there's still masking tape on the walls from the bad paint job, the carpets are older than I am and it smells like your old grandmas house.
While the location was near the interstate - great for traveling, it was difficult to see signage.
Rooms were not clean - water stains on ceiling in bathroom. Bathroom EXTREMELY small. Difficult to find. Parking lot full of semi trucks making parking very limited. On 2 evenings semi trucks were utilizing 24 parking spaces.
Front desk staff was awesome. He was very helpful.
The accommodation were awful. I walked in the room and immediately burst out in hives. The uncleanliness was so distasteful. The whole place was outdated for the price. Scary place and didn't feel comfortable parking.
The room size was good and the bed was comfortable.
The room looked over a noisy pool till 10 pm when it was closed. I requested a quite room when I reserved the room a month earlier and it was not honoured. When I checked out the next morning and mentioned this complaint, I did not get a very sympathetic respnose. There was no mini fridge in the room as advertised
Staff was very friendly.
Thin walls, we were right by the ice machine and we heard all night everytime someone got ice. Also any talking outside window.
free breakfast comfort of room
I understand it was the Old War Bonnet and has been updated some. It was good but there are still some things that need work--like the pool--maybe a hot tub could be added also.
The facility was very dirty - the fan didn't work, the whole facility smelled and the hot breakfast was inedible.
easy access off the interstate
My room was right next to the indoor pool my window opened up to the pool area, it echoes like crazy in my room, I told the staff and they told me "it's summer time"Also the room next door had a very yappy dog. The room itself was gross, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed and there was dog hair all over- my socks were covered. Also there was stains onthe sheets, I asked the front desk for new sheets and it took an hour and 1/2. The front desk did nothing
Mike, the maintainence man worked very hard to get the sauna fixed for us to use. Seems someone had run it the night before without putting water in it. He got it working and we enjoyed it.
Not a big deal, but thought the hours for the pool could have been later on the week end.
Odor in room made it uncomfortable there for us Asked to change rooms but they were unable to change-did not follow up with a call-had to ask Mold smell in the hallway Remote did not work
Nice folks, great rates, clean, and a great breakfast.
My friends stayed at another inn next to us because they booked late and Quality Inn was fully booked because of the town's folk festival. We compared notes the next day. It sounded like we had the same hot breakfast buffet, same room amenities, and yet they paid over $50 more than we did. I loved the fact that Quality Inn offered a variety of pillows to choose from. In our travels, we are finding pillows that are too plump for our necks. So, we brought our own pillows, only to find that there were plump and regular pillows on the bed. We thought "continental breakfast" would mean the usual bagel/English muffin/toast/Danish pastries. On the contrary, they actually offered scrambled or boiled eggs, sausage, corned beef hash, fried potato, biscuits and gravy, a variety of cereal, instant oatmeal, and make-your-own waffle.
The water pressure could have been a little stronger. But, this was minor for me. The door to the credenza that hid the fridge need to be screwed in more tightly; it vibrated noisily if you walked in front of it.
I was billed more than booking.com had said. The reception clerk had no explanation for that.
Drains didn't work well !!
I did like the Wi-Fi.
First they gave me a two bed queen room when I ordered a king room. The queen room had a bad smell and every time a door opened the wooden furniture opened and shut. When I asked for my king room (I had my reservation receipt that showed what I booked) they made me wait two hours before finally getting me a king. I was going to use hot tub while waiting because I had a sore knee but the hot tub was already closed for night. (two hours early) So I sat in the lobby for two hours before getting my king room. I thought I was happy with the room but when I turned on the faucet in the sink, water shot up to the ceiling. The drain was broke. I just never used the sink because I didn't want to wait to get a room again. The toilet had poop in it and the bathtub was dirty. I was very unhappy with the room.
The room rate was reasonable according to the facilities& location.
We got a non-smoking room but we could smell the smoking when we first walked in the room.
Price was ok. Staff was friendly & responsive. Most importantly, bed was good to sleep in.
Tad bit shaby. Room had that musky smell.
