I found the staff to be gracious and helpful. They were friendly and worked to accommodate us. Breakfast was good.
There was a lot of traffic from the major street which is right outside the property. Also there were some housekeeping issues. There was a pill (medication) on the floor, and the tissues had run out.
I like the comfort of the bed, breakfast was wonderful really great.
I think it needs more up grade in the hot tub, carpet, curtains and bathroom.
Busy main arterial, room to noisy. Shower had issues.
Room size was great. I did not use but to have kitchen facilities is good. Next visit I may use them.
Breakfast was great however here are some tips: Butter for the waffle was near frozen, did not melt on the waffle. Also plastic silverware was weak. Very difficult to cut the waffle. Consider setting out some butter to soften up and upgrade to better plastic ware.
good bed,room was clean
Nice layout, very comfy bed, liked that there was a sitting room and a kitchen. Everything was clean except for what I mentioned in the other comment. All appliances worked fine. Not a bad hotel for the price.
House keeping needs to clean a little more. There were cob webs and lots of dust and dirt behind everything. Forgot my makeup remover wipes. Guy at the front desk had no clue where to find one offered me wash rag without even looking for wipes. Tried to call front desk twice for quick question no answer both times but yet they weren't busy. Oh and chairs in our room were filthy stained.
Hot water and cold water reversed in shower, toilet kept running, room dusty, only 2 bath towels. Made pay at check in....never done that before. He was very rude! Parking lot was very littered and dirty. Back door not secured! Just a pig sty!!!
It wasn't very clean. Dust, spider Web dust. Carpet looked dirty. Found old Q-tip.
price and location
Worst bed I've experienced in years. Room chairs worn out and dirty. Even for an economical hotel this was poor.
Nothing comes to mind
3 story site with no elevators or luggage assistance. There is no flat entry in this facility. Bathrooms from the lobby are down 2 flight of stairs! From our parking area more stairs into the building as well as to our floor.
Staff was helpful and cheerful. Microwave and refer in room. Bed was comfortable. Pets allowed. Shower was very good.
We stayed 4 nights visiting friends Labor Day weekend. Skip the breakfast and the coffee, neither was good.Room was non-smoking but rest of hotel smelled like smoke which permeated everything.Towels were mini towels, almost hand towels, well worn.Room dated, peeling paint, caulking missing near tub.Mini shampoos, soaps and only 1 of each.Would not stay here again.
comfortable room easy access to parking lot
bathroom was needing some work.
Exit location to heading north
It was dirty ... Hall carpets were dirty .. Made me wonder about kitchen cleanliness!! Crowded breakfast food Food was junk! Ellie
Breakfast was nice, although not enough room for everyone to sit.
Facility didn't feel or smell clean; gives the impression of old and feeling of disrepair; tiny bathroon and shower; no frig; tiny tv; only stairs, no elevator - not a terrible issue, just a note.
the facility hot water heater was broken and they did not offer any partial refund. Mattress was very uncomfortable and the wifi was so slow it was almost useless.
We had a door out to the pool that was very convenient
Needs to be updated
Filthy pool, filthy hot tub... Walls in shower were deteriorating.
Located close to a wedding venue we were at for my son. Staff welcomed us everytime we walked through the door no matter what time of day.
Beds were uncomfortable and prices were high over the July 4th weekend.
not being able to hear other rooms
pillows, woke up every morning with a sore neck
Initially the online room description had frig with 2 queens, but it didn't. So the clerk changed to king with frig for us. The breakfast was good with waffles, sausages, eggs, lactose-free yogurt, etc.
the staff was great,
the breakfast was awful, there was not enough room and not nearly enough equipment in the dining area to handle the amount of people. Your food became cold, and tasted awful, and since the rooms had no microwaves you could go to your room and warm up your breakfast.
The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was very big and quiet, despite being next to a busy road. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance, not high end but if you need some chow and possibly a dirty martini, it was very handy. And their breakfast has hearty things like sausage, eggs, and oatmeal. Not great eggs, but if you need more to go on than a muffin, it's great to get a little protein burst.
The previous occupant's food was still in our fridge upon our arrival (the manager took care of it immediately though). We stayed two nights, and when we got back on the first day, all our linens were taken care of but the morning coffee was still in the coffee pot and there wasn't any coffee for the next day, although the coffee maker took so long we probably would have had to start it the night before to make sure we had coffee in the a.m. The most difficult part though was the terrible pillows and bed. Both my husband and I had sore necks and backs.
Staff were excellent!
Location and price were good. Breakfast was good but breakfast room was way to small.
Room not real clean and needs some updates. A small fridge and a microwave would be nice. Breakfast room was very very small. People had to wait to even come in to get breakfast then get a plate and go sit in lobby or return to you room. Many people just looked in room and saw how full it was and turned away.
Staff was great!
Shower door was slanted and didnt close
