Clean, helpful staff
No restaurant, strange location. If you don't have a car you are far to both old town and Tempe...
Spacious room, had what we needed. Clean. No difficulty with the wifi,
Too much light came in around above and below the curtains. A second layer might filter the light more. A pelmet arrangement would work even better, as in a box on the top, sides and bottom.
The male associate that was in charge of the morning breakfast did a very good job keeping everything well stocked.
There was no outdoor pool.
Staff, location and access to the Scottsdale Osborn med cntr, the quiet and comfortable room, and the availability of breakfast.
The sincere warmth and friendly helpfulness of the staff at all levels. We loved the homely feel and generous hospitality of the place: the help- yourself bowl of fresh fruit in the lobby and iced water, tea and coffee available 24/7.
The fact that it's only a two-star hotel when it's one of the nicest hotel experiences we've had (:
big issue by yourselves in that I had a confirmation # from you but they had no such reservations and the price was $400-$500 more than your confirmed rate. They did a great job of finding us rooms and then spent a couple of days calling booking.com to clear things up, so on this they did great. I book with you 3-4 times a years on business in Germany and have never had a problem. I am going to the Westin in Savannah Georgia (USA) a week tomorrow so I am hoping there will be no surprises waiting for me when I book my son and I in at reception.
musty smell of room...carpet??
Loved the beds. Location was perfect. Morning breakfast was great.
I didn't like our bathroom. It had a crack in the shower wall and the sink counter top had lines cut into it. Floors were dirty.
We stayed here 2 nights for Spring Training. The location was awesome...a very short walk to the stadium and to Old a Town Scottsdale. The rooms were clean and comfortable... The King room had a very comfortable bed and also a couch/hide a bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The complementary breakfast was decent. Fresh fruit, yogurts, bagels and muffins. One morning there was also biscuits n gravy and the next ham and eggs... And a waffle making station. Not fancy or amazing... But everyone felt very satisfied with the breakfast. Ice water and coffee n tea available in the lobby pretty much all day. We did not use or see the pool or hot tub during our stay. The staff was very nice and made our stay pleasurable. I will book this hotel again for future trips
A bit over priced... But for Spring Training all hotels were marked up.
Excellent! Great staff...
All questions we had were answered quickly. Directions were good, and things we asked about were given good answers.
Close to Old Town Scottsdale
Dark Inside, older, run down
About 10 minutes after we checked in, we received a phone call from the front desk asking if our room was all right and was there anything they could do for us. "Very good customer service"
I arrived early, and the woman working the front desk was very accomadating in getting me in my room early. The room was clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect for attending a game at Scottsdale Stadium, and old town Scottsdale. All within walking distance.
The price was outstanding for where it was located.
The room had a very dated look and feel
