wifi was interrupted constantly by cable networks
Single floor room. Impressive headboard on bed. Good A/C.
No carpeting. cold floors, no hangars in closet. Ironing board leaning against TV. Awakened at 12:45am by defective smoke detector. Could not disable. Called management to disable it. When we checked out the next morning, lady was very brief and quick. She didn't even ask how our stay was. Her words were " Room number?" And "thank you" Worst Quality inn ever
Touring colleges in the area. Location was convenient. Decent value for price. Happy Donuts across the street! :)
WiFi was extremely slow and had a weak signal.
Dirty ceilings and bathtub..lobby was dirty. Food out and stale at 7 @night.
- Great breakfast - Clean - Reasonably comfortable - Great value with Booking.com discount - Room warm, but AC worked great to offset heat
- No TP holder in bathroom - Wifi spotty
Bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke, disgusting!
very nice all around nice people nice place
The bed(s) ; the shower; the parking. Cleanliness of room. All the basics in the room. Friendliness of staff upon arrival.
- AC in the room (2nd floor) not turned on, upon arrival when it was 98F outside. Room was very hot. - Breakfast: utensils (all non-recyclable; i dislike styrofoam; 'omelet' was not good.
Offer of cont breAkfast Assistance with directions Good tv
I availability of exercise spa facility
Very cosy and clean located in Palo alto, which is a very nice place. I think despite the distance it was a nice option to come back to after visiting San Francisco.
A little far from San Francisco if that is your goal. But, as I said, I think it's way better than stay downtown for instance.
Located a block away from noisy El Camino Real, with rooms facing into an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet. Breakfast was sufficient, lots of variety.
location and comfort
no hot tub/no pool.
Not noisy; room could have had more comfortable chairs. Not too far from Stanford Hospital & Clinic.
In room coffee maker was too slow in brewing coffee. Maybe I did something wrong?
Staff were very friendly and the accommodations were very good. Bed was very comfy. Continental breakfast was very good; however, I would have preferred more options that are not carb related (turkey or beef sausage); real eggs (not powdered). Overall, we would use this facility again.
I was not able to use my tablet or iphone (connection problems). Noisy between rooms (toilet flushing, shower)
Location, cleanliness. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Slightly older facility, nothing special really but clean, clean, clean. Owners very polite and helpful. Will stay there again.
I didn't check in or spend the night. The place was dingy and I didn't feel safe. I was charged for the night and didn't stay - that should be allowed to happen.
the guy on the counter didn't cancel my reservation despite of the fact that my european credit card didn't work. Thanks.
a bit expensive, breakfast is very poor, but there is a starbucks that opens at 4.30am just 100m away.
The room is big.
The speed of wifi is very very slow.
Decent place, nice breakfast, good laundry service at very reasonible cost.
Very noisy aeration system in the bathroom. I received a phone call from the reception at 3 am to shut it down because it was disturbing some people upstairs.
Close to Stanford University. Really big rooms with all facilities you Need even its 2*. Quite expensive. But its Palo Alto!)
Breakfast, with a good variety of food.
Nothing wrong. Standard high-end motel room.
The staff is wonderful. Always friendly and helpful w/everything. The breakfast was pretty good..eggs a little dry. would be better to have real scrambled eggs. Maid service reliable and timely. This stay was my third and I will definitely stay again. Bed is very comfortable. Linens very nice. Towels a little flimsy
The chairs in the room are VERY uncomfortable. Difficult to relax in them, especially after a long day's travel across the country or just a long day in general. They definitely need to be replaced.
