Kitchen & utensils etc
Very uncomfortable beds and noisy!!!
Our room was very spacious , clean and brighte. Liked coming there after touring.
We didn't like that we didn't have a coffee maker in our room. We were provided one after we asked for it. The continental breakfast was poorly set up.
Rude staff Wouldn't honor AAA discount
Very little. Free parking was nice.
Beds were horrible. AC was terrible. No amenities. No value. 1 star facilities.
Location is good if you want to visit Muir woods. We left San Fran that morning and needed a hotel close to the highway which could get us to Muir Woods and Point Reyes. The staff was friendly, hotel clean and room very spacious.
Breakfast was very basic
Room was fine, hotel was clean, location ok.
Breakfast was not good, night staff was almost rude
Beds - they squeaked every time you turn. Very noisy.
Attractive and nicely appointed facility
Management skimpy on breckfast, dishes, soap, towls, coffee, etc.
Our room was clean and quiet.
It is definitely overprice. Facility without food should not be charging 200$ a night
Rooms were very noisy
Everything was excellent
location structure staff
cleanliness (even found a used female razor on top of the tub) WI-FI didn't work for the whole nigh for all the PC's. In the morning despite some staff's help the business center's PC didn't connect to print a map of Muir Woods. Pool not clean; No towels in there and and no towels inside the work-out room. Grab 'n go Breakfast is ridiculous
no place for shower soap or shampoo
Price was great. The room was pretty nice too. It had a kitchen, with fridge/microwave/stove. Utensils upon request. The size of the room/bathroom was great! The pool and hot tub were a great hit with my family.
the beds were a bit noisy.
The room was nice enough.
They offer no extra amenities. Breakfast was advertised as included, but when we went downstairs to have it...it ended up being a "grab and go" not at all what we were expecting. Anything you ask, they automatically refer you to the Target down the street. The room was also advertised to have a coffee pot, and bottled water, we had neither. I'm glad we only booked for one night.
The whole place. Room smelled of cigarettes, air conditioner would not turn in, no phone, no cups for water or coffee, no ice, no utensils in kitchen, ver noisy place next to freeway. Paid way to much money and I'm very unhappy we stayed there. Very deceiving pictures!
The room were spacious and clean when we got there
We didn't get housekeeping service
great staff, very helpful & like the location close to a bay front walking path
The staff was really friendly.
The breakfast in the morning is misleading - I've paid less at other hotels and had better. At this hotel, it's granola bars, packaged muffins and overripe bananas, apples and oranges. The only beverages were coffee & tea so there's nothing for kids to drink - not even water! Also, we got noise complaints from another guest for laying in bed watching TV at a reasonable level at 7:30 at night. There were no clean towels at the pool. All the ones on the towel rack were used and had been there for quite some time.My family had to walk back to the room soaking wet. Our in room phone didn't work either. The staff was nice, but clearly they're understaffed. The rooms were clean but clearly this place is cutting every possible cost corner. Pay $20 more and stay at the Sheraton down the street. I wish I did!
The Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful to me.. They made my stay enjoyable. Thank you to Luis , Mieka and Tammy..
Location was good for our purposes.
Breakfast was a little substandard for the hotel.
The rooms were nice and clean. Tt had a small kitchen so you could heat things . It was located so you could get to lots of places.
Everything was nice so there wasn' anything we didn't like.
Office staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. I liked having a kitchen in the room.
The blankets were thin and I had to supplement with my sleeping bag to be warm enough. I couldn't figure out how the heater worked because the dial went from one to ten and usually 1 is the lowest. the heat didin't come on unless it was set on 1 or 2 on the warmer side which my friend showed me in the morning. She set it on 1 and immediately it began making heat. I had only put it on 3 5 and 7 trying to make it come on. So nothing is wrong with the heater but a small card saying set the heat on 1 or 2 if you are cold would have been helpful. Room 318.
Bed Blankets could have been heavier and/or extra Blankets provided. Breakfast offer was rather skimpy.
