before leaving and looking under dresser to get car charger there was old food housekeeping obviously didnt look under dresser when cleaning room
Hotels book fast for concerts and other events in the Eugene/Springfield area so they really gouge you on the price. This was a clean, fairly nice hotel, but $200 for the night was a bit much (to be fair, all hotels we're exorbitantly high this evening).
location to highway staff was good Good for 1 night stay
Smell of smoke and Renuzit on a non smoking floor tacky carpet dirty feel in bathroom
Extremely friendly and professional
The staff are very helpful. The pool is a refreshing stop. Breakfast is light but with a wide variety. Wish there was plain yogurt. Room was clean and comfortable.
The wifi is painfully slow.
This is great value for the short stay traveler. The breakfast surprised me with both hot and cold choices. I would stay here again.
The location easy access to shops restaurants and freeway.
Ice machine didn't work I was told to go down to the next floor. The air conditioner was so loud never went off the cover didn't fit. It looked in bad shape. The oulet in bathroom didn't work for my personal items. I had to hold the plug in place it support it. Very frustrating. The pillows were was tint. Five small ones. The mattress felt like it had been very well used
The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.
There was no laundry mat. Had to drive to a local business to dry clothes.
Location and quiet
Towels were worn and stringy, thin, need to be replaced
Front desk personnel.
The price. We stayed there coming and going. The first time it cost about $110 for one night. Coming home one week later it was about $250. We were told by the person at the front desk that this was because of a sports activity in Eugene. This is not acceptable. I'm telling all my friends on facebook never to go to Quality Inn. Other issues: The bed was hard as a brick. I hardly slept. Also, there was dirt on the bedspread when I unfolded it. For $250 we should have had better. I can't tell you how livid I am. We did not express our rage to the front desk personnel because there would have been nothing they could do.
The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. It was good to get the paper at the door. It allowed me to get to know the area I was visiting.
The lack of landscaping made the hotel seem utilitarian.
It suited our purpose just fine.
No problems come to mind.
Even though we couldn't use your pool we were allowed to go use the pool at international fitness. Very cool
Your pool is under construction
We liked the kitchenette and two room suite. Wish we had been there longer.
The bathroom was a little small. You nearly fell on the toilet when getting out of the shower
We were in town for a medical procedure and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it and stay there again.
Staff very friendly
very small bathroom room on small side.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful!
Breakfast was good Tia Leon was helpful (front desk)

Rooms are kept very cold when unoccupied, took 1/2 hour to get it warm.
