It had a pool and exercise room. It was close to many different places which we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was polite and professional. The facility was clean and well-kept throughout. Room size was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the constant speed HVAC unit helped to mask any outside noise. We appreciate that the entire facility was non-smoking.
A bit of breakfast meat (sausage and/or bacon) on the complimentary breakfast bar would have been nice. A recliner in the room goes a long way to make this old guy happy.
Pool was very nice. Breakfast was nice.
Best night's sleep I've had in a hotel right up until some doggone alarm went off at 4:30 AM. Comfortable bed. Dog-friendly: hotel even provides sacks for folks to clean up after their pooches.
Initially, the staff member at the front desk told me she thought that we'd been awakened at 4:30 in the morning by a child playing with a loud toy. Until the "alarming" noise happened twice more and my husband reported having conversation with folks on another floor also being awakened, she did not appear to be concerned about the fact that we'd been jolted out of our sleep in the early morning. She did, ultimately, report it to maintenance, who did not know what had caused the problem but seemed interested in solving it.
Hot Tub Spa worked Great!!! Breakfast was really Good!!!
Pool was out of order for repairs.
Booked that room because of pool and it was broke. Small child looking forward to swimming.
The. Swimming pool
Clean, comfortable, pet friendly facility.
Choice of hard or soft pillows on the bed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was really outstanding compared to others. The staff were very friendly and the condition of the room and cleanliness was top notch.
The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to find the perfect staff member to provide directions for us that would give us the best route to the hotel from the more remote location from which we were traveling. They could not find our reservation from Booking.com and were full to capacity so offered to help us find rooms closer to our destination that would also be easier to find. While I was on hold they were able to locate our reservation, thankfully. I received a call an hour later from the hotel manager asking for my credit card number which he said had not been provided by Booking.com.
I didn't like that the hotel didn't have our reservation readily available. I don't know if the error was on their side or Booking.com.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk personnel was always ready with information about the local area that we needed, i.e. a laundromat, a park, and a coffeehouse! And the property is impeccably clean!
Well, only the coffee was disappointing. Maybe some people like it weak, but with help from the front desk I found a good cup down the street at the coffeehouse. Thank you !
Promptness at the front desk Cleanliness Room quiet and comforable
I'm a Coke fan-do not like Pepsi
Nice place. Nothing very exciting about it, just clean, spacious and good.
Clean rooms good job Rachel Also great job the lady in charge of breakfast clean always smiling
Nice breakfast and rooms.
Bought our small Yorkie dog.Charged too much for dog. Travel throughout US and lots of places are free or much less than we paid at your hotel.
I looked the entire hotel stay, everyone was helpful and pleasant.
We were the only black people in the town and we endured awkward stares by the town residents. I would not recommend this town to anyone who is mot caucasian or Amish.
I have a horse and carriage business, and travelled to Millersburg to see a horse. Comfort Inn was lovely! Very clean, nice accommodations, very friendly and helpful staff, and centrally located. Higly recommended, but ZERO cell phone service for 40 miles in any direction (if you have ATT) Verizon, you're good to go.
ZERO cell phone service for ATT (no fault of the hotel) - and very bad WiFi. Really spotty, and I needed it in order to do business. Front desk was helpful, but not 100% successful. Nice complimentary breakfast, but we are gluten free, and the hard boiled eggs were pretty yuck... hard, lumpy, and not very edible. Don't let the "didn't likes" deter you from staying here :)
Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Probably the best hotel bed I've slept in.
There was loud motor/constant humming noise all night. It kept us awake.
Our bed was comfortable, very clean and smelled wonderful, along with several big fluffy pillows ! The staff was very friendly and helpful also. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
Our room was very clean, except the cleaning staff forgot to empty the coffee pot from the previous guests.
the beds were comfortable.was very clean. i could get in my room early which is nice when you come far away.
too much clorine in pool and hot tub it would burn you eyes as soon as you walked in the area.
Other than the beds everything was great.
The beds were to firm.
