“ Comfortable , and very clean in the new remodeled room . I left my pharmaceuticals accidentally and the cleaning person returned them to the desk without one pill being missing . I was very happy that they made sure I was taken care of . Very good service and will come again . Thank you Jay W. ”

The staff was very friendly. We had a lot of problems. Our original room hasn't been cleaned so we had to get a different rom which was fine but we paid to have a refrigerator in our room which the next one didn't. They do not have hair dryers in the rooms and I had to wait to get one from the front desk so I had to go to my meeting with wet hair. We asked them to not use a maid service in our room because we wanted to help be a bit green, but they still sent one in. The maid didn't leave any clean towels so we had to go back to the front desk. It wasn't good. We won't stay here again.

Quality for price The room and overall facility was fine. I usually request a ground floor room but none were available. I have prosthetic legs and try to avoid stairs. I don't need to request a handicapped room just like ground floor or elevator. The facility is not required to hav an elevator by code but the stairs did not appear to comply with code. They only had a handrail one side and it did not satisfy the grip requirements, clearance and they were not continuous. (I am an Architect). At the time of my stair the majority of the parking spaces closest to the stairs had construction related supplies occupying them. So parking was not conveniant for second floor rooms.

Even though the lobby was out of service it still was kept up clean. I was surprised there wasn't dust floating around. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The price was excellent....when you just need a bed to rest your head. The only negative thing was that there was no ice machine available to use due to the construction.

Staff at front counter was nice 1.Reservation never went through. 2. Room floor was wet, garbage bag on counter, half glass of water on night stand. (Staff did move us to another room)

Got a great price of $50 after taxes. Hotel was next door to a 24hr McDonalds that was great because I checked in late and everything was closed. Also my hot shower in the morning was one of the best hotels showers I have ever had. Lot of water noise from other rooms in the morning.

The room was clean and comfortable, The flat screen television,fridge and microwave was nice,and i liked the wood look laminate flooring. Only that the bathroom remodel wasn't complete. (Trimwork).
