    Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. Close to food, restaurant, petrol station, target, etc.

    Rooms were not cleaned! ! Linens and bed sheets still there from previous occupants. Towels scattered in the bathroom!! Poor communication and poor service, so sorry for the staff who had to deal with all the mess the last shift did not take care!!

    Good location

    The plaster in the bathroom was falling off the walls and ceiling. Broken vanity faucet. Beds and linens OK but rest of room not that clean and nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Entire motel needs repair and remodel!

    Free Coffee

    Wifi was terrible l booked the hotel because of the free airport shuttle but was unable to use it because my flight was delayed They need to be clear about shuttle times before someone books

    In today's economy, you typically have to drop $100 to secure a clean, comfortable room. Red Roof Inn provided such a room, and better than most, for less than $70! Upon arriving, my wife and I were upgraded for free to the best room due to overbooking. The staff was incredibly nice and curious about our trip. The exterior was beautiful, and our room was better. We slept through the night without hearing a single sound from another room (and we were on the bottom floor!). We were so impressed with this hotel chain that thrives at working with a budget! They do ALOT with a little! Make this your next stay; even if you run into some minor issues, your stay will still be excellent :)

    We enjoyed everything!

    Room was nice.

    They had the reservation booked at a higher price than the one I booked on booking.com. They charged my credit/debit card for $86.24. The room was booked at $64.99. When I went to check out, the girl went to look for my reservation, and said she couldn't find it, that some other girl had misplaced it. She took care of the mistake, but said the incorrect charge wouldn't come off my card for 5 to 7 days. When I checked in the night before, I noticed the price was wrong, and showed it to the guy checking me in. He said it would be fixed by the time I checked out. Didn't happen. The impression I got was that the management at this motel were incompetent, didn't care, or both. Absolutely ridiculous.

    The location was good and the price was good.

    The room appeared clean but after we walked on the floor our feet/socks were filthy. After we showered we picked up the bath mat and it was black from dirt underneath. Along every wall and in every corner was dirt that had not been vacuumed in quite a while. I would say the floors hadn't been mopped in weeks to accumulate that much dirt and the corners could not have been cleaned for weeks either. I would not stay there again.

    A coffee maker in the room

    Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but I managed to sleep fairly well.

    It was located near where my husband was getting a job. It was nice to be able to just walk outside for a smoke. The pillows were great and the bed was very comfortable.The desk clerk was very friendly and informative; helped me to get a rewards card (didn't know red roof had one).

    The carpet was very dirty and our feet were black. There was hair on the bathroom floor.

    The room smelled good and over all was clean. There was a nice flat screen TV. It was close to the highway we needed and all kinds of stores/restaurants. The front desk clerk was helpful and assisted us in finding a great place to eat dinner.

    There was constant "activity" from the girl's room next door throughout the night and a man hanging out in his car quite often during said activities. Alot of people in and out of rooms below as well. One bed had hair in the sheets, something I always check for. One of the towels was stained or dirty. The shower curtain did not contain the area so water ran out onto the bathroom floor while showering, alot of water. The balcony for the second floor had a giant crack and raised cement all along it, could use some repair

    The price was excellent. When we walked into the room, it appeared to have been remodeled--flat screen t.v., laminated wood floor, counter top and sink. We didn't use the microwave but it was still good to have in the room. Glad there was a refrigerator.

    The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. The heating/cooling unit was dirty and needed to be replaced--couldn't get a good consistent temperature. No blow dryer (I was told we had to have a King Suite to have the blow dryer--really?). I asked for 2 additional bath towels. They were doing a load of towels and would bring them up to my room when done. I never received them.

    Low rate

    Really dirty. Bed coverings were stained. Walls needed to be wiped down-you can tell they take animals because it was animal snot at that level. Corners had hair/lint. The room was recently renovated but didn't make up for the uncleanliness. Maintenance man was fixing the keyless entry device on room near us until 11:00pm and kept pounding.

    I LOVE the new laminate floors in the room! Everything looked/felt clean.

    Shower head not my favorite. Functional, but not great. Also was not happy that I had to have my card re-programmed second day.

    Worst pillows I have ever slept on. Ever. Like rocks. Room smelled terrible. Woman at the desk was nice, all downhill from there.

    group near us was noisey and one othe them knocked on our door in the morning. Outisde needs some sprucing up. Cleaning stairs to second level off for a start.

    Room was clean. Easy freeway and surface street access. Though in a high traffic area, relatively undisturbed by activity in the area, through the night. Staff seemed nice and concerned.

    Could have used another blanket, rather than the use of the room heater at the window to be warm through the night. Also, in morning, heater filter smelled like it was "scorching." So turned off heater and pulled filters.
